Comfortable room, breakfast included waffle machine, scrambled eggs and bacon or sausage, bread and muffins, yogurt, cereal, juice, coffee and tea.

My son and I were just there for one night. It was very quiet, not what the pictures showed.

The property seemed clean on the outside. The inside was clean and as I checked out. Staff and manager was decorating for the holidays.

It takes forever for your company to remove there incidental charges. This Remada needs an up-grade (bathrooms, a coat of paint etc.)

Room had a leak coming from above. Looked like the wall was patched and painted, but water was still leaking in along the wall. Drywall was crumbling. One bathroom wall had dirt or mold on it.

I didn't like the cleanliness of the room or the smell. There was also bed bugs in the room so that DEFINITELY was a red flag. I had heard it but wasn't sure the source was reliable but;!the source most definitely was. I have the bite to prove it. SMH

I liked the location because it was close to restaurants and stores; and the staff was very nice and helpful.

First room had a foam mattress that was sunken near the middle. Changed room and 2nd room had an electrical problem that was not resolved during our stay.

Asked the hotel clerk to freeze my icepacks overnight. They are used to keep insulin cold during the day travelling. I was told there was no freezer on site to freeze them. I ended up using a cup of ice which ended up melting sooner than the icepacks would have. Every other hotel we have stayed in has been able to accommodate freezing the icepacks.

The room was clean . Breakfast was continental. Microwave was available to heat breatkfast sandwiches.

They took a security deposit of $50.00 via credit card and it will take up to 2 weeks to process a refund. The room door was difficult to lock and the overall appearance was dismal at best

The smell of weed everywhere. And Cigarettes. Hallways were not clean. Ice machine on 2nd floor was dirty and didn't work. The one lamp in room was broken. Plus AC was not up to par in the my room. I had to clean the filter. It had a 1/2 inch of dust.

A customer from another room accessed our room with their room key, thankfully we were in there to say it was not their room. The latch to lock the door was missing so we had no way of feeling confident no one was going to come in while we were out or sleeping. We were right next to the pool (which should be good) but there was a large party there and we didn't want to interrupt them, this went until after 11pm. Not terrible but after a long day we wanted to go to sleep, and it was tough to sleep with the loud party outside our door.

The staff that checked us in were very friendly and explained everything we needed to know, before we asked. My kids enjoyed their breakfast and there were a lot of options for them to eat.

Smelled hanibus everywhere, people were rude and load in hallways in the morning at 400am waking us up. Breakfast was not monitored: hot water and coffee were empty, warm foods were cold, and there were some messes. I asked staff for more hot water and no help was given.

the fridge was broken... i had to keep getting ICE.. not good.

I had a very nice stay. i loved my room view of the pool, room 214... i would always like to have that room please to relax... it was very comfortable...
