We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaAsked the hotel clerk to freeze my icepacks overnight. They are used to keep insulin cold during the day travelling. I was told there was no freezer on site to freeze them. I ended up using a cup of ice which ended up melting sooner than the icepacks would have. Every other hotel we have stayed in has been able to accommodate freezing the icepacks.

United States of AmericaThe smell of weed everywhere. And Cigarettes. Hallways were not clean. Ice machine on 2nd floor was dirty and didn't work. The one lamp in room was broken. Plus AC was not up to par in the my room. I had to clean the filter. It had a 1/2 inch of dust.

United States of AmericaA customer from another room accessed our room with their room key, thankfully we were in there to say it was not their room. The latch to lock the door was missing so we had no way of feeling confident no one was going to come in while we were out or sleeping. We were right next to the pool (which should be good) but there was a large party there and we didn't want to interrupt them, this went until after 11pm. Not terrible but after a long day we wanted to go to sleep, and it was tough to sleep with the loud party outside our door.
The staff that checked us in were very friendly and explained everything we needed to know, before we asked. My kids enjoyed their breakfast and there were a lot of options for them to eat.
