I wish Breakfast had been included; at least a credit.

We had a Seaside Room, which I would recommend. It was wonderful watching the barges and ships.

Overpriced. No elevator to 2d floor. Thin walls. Soft bed.

Great location close to wharf, ferry, bars, restaurants, & shops. Big modernized room with King bed, large refrigerator, small separate lounge area with chairs and small table for relaxing. Good working AC/heater. Mostly quiet.

They were down in staff, so no maid service, extra towels, etc unless you asked, but the staff that did work was extra kind and helpful. It just took a little more patience. Also - spend a little extra for a room with a view. If I had been able to plan earlier and reserved a room overlooking the water - huge PLUS! Do it!

Room was clean. Info on local sites and recommendations exceeded expectations. Location to ferry to Victoria and to restaurants is unbeatable. Super close to a grocery as well.

Despite the high prices and recent remodel, It is not a super fancy or upscale hotel, and the cost for a room on a summer weekend was high. Cleaning was decent. The main areas were quite clean. There was dirt in a few corners and tub was a bit brown. For me this was not a big deal. I have lots of grace for the cleaners; they were short staffed and working very hard! The property in general definitely has some musty issues; coffee maker smelled of mildew and the ac heater unit was a bit musty too. I am very allergic to mold and can spot the tiniest amount. I had a small respiratory reaction to the rooms each time, but not bad. Despite this I enjoyed my stay and we’d return on a similar trip!

We stayed for two separate nights at the beginning and end of a weeklong camping trip in Olympic National Park. The location of this property is excellent. The views from the water view rooms we got were incredible. Staff was pleasant. Laundry facilities were appreciated. Mini fridge and microwave were handy! The beds and linens were incredibly comfortable. Pool was a nice touch.

The jacuzzi was closed. I have a personal policy against giving 10/10s to any location that adverses a jacuzzi but fails to notify ahead of time if it will be closed. Emails stated that the whirlpool would be closed until November 2024, and we stayed June 2025. All else was very good.

The location was amazing, right along the beach. In the biggest town on the Olympic Peninsula, which makes travel easy. A very nice restaurant. French toast breakfast highly recommended.

Dated design, expensive for what it offers.

Large rooms with great view if you book the Puget Sound view room, otherwise you oversee the parking lot. Very comfortable beds. Rooms are gloomy and the hotel is dated, but mostly clean. Expensive as most accommodations in Olympic Peninsula. Will visit again.
