We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United Stateswhile taking a shower the water wasn't draining so we stood in ankle deep water.... gross.. the pillows were paper thin.. the room definitely needed some updates, there were stain/stuff marks all over the floors which you couldn't tell if it was dirty or scuffs without a closer look.. drips of paint that could've been mistaken for bugs.. the bathroom was SO SMALL if you were sitting on the toilet, you couldn't close or open the door.

United StatesFeet prints were on the wall in the bathroom behind the door. A booger was on the same wall by the shower. Window sills were dirty. There is a car up on jack stands in the back that makes the property look trashy. Beside the grill area. Lawn chairs and a cooler back by Royal Glass's fence looks trashy. You can tell that people live there because first thing in the morning they all come out hanging their doors open wandering the parking lot. But overall I am satisfied. You get what you pay for. 💯 satisfied
Well, honestly, it was just a sleeping room. It was clean for the most part. Quiet. My vehicle was safe...this is very important.
