The daily cleaning was iffy at the most, no public transportation available close or shuttle service for going downtown. Was uncomfortable with the noise happening outside the room all hours of the night

The front desk staff was exceptional, the bathroom hugh, and the bed comfortable

Cleanliness was terrible, television did not work, phone in room did not work, so had to go speak to front desk about television, front desk said they would be right up to fix, but never showed up. Heard multiple people yelling and fighting around property, throughout my stay. House keeping knocked and asked me to leave an hour before checkout. Took photos and will send off.

The price and availability were the only value I received.

The staff seemed bothered or something like I was interrupting them or something, at checkin and when I went back to ask where I could find ice and soda machine. At check out, different person acted like she didn’t want to give me a receipt for some reason. She said booking.com would send one since I went through them and I said I understand but it won’t show pet or late checkout fee and told her it was fine if she could just give me that and I’ll use the other from booking.com, she seemed to get frustrated but printed it.

Thought it was a little expensive for the condition it’s in.

It was ok. Close to a busy highway, so was sort of loud.

The price is too high for this type of sleeping quarters. Mattress hard and there was a tub combo in my room but only the shower is workable. I placed a medium towel on the drain to take a bath so the water drained slow. Note: My room was handicapped accessible. Chair are out dated and chipping.

The staff was professional and whatever you needed they accommodated❣️Close to major highways for travel. Waffle House and Cracker Barrel close. No bugs.

needs a pressure wash, outside was so filthy and smelled like urine. elevator was so dirty as well. the only clean area is the reception. Train in front of the hotel all night long getting cargo, so loud . could not sleep. breakfast is coffee and granola bar.

needs cleaning! room was non smoking and there were cig marks on covers, curtains, room smelling like cigarettes.

There was no breakfast except for multiple grain bars. There was coffee and juice and that was it. The coffee maker didn’t work in the room. Power went out and we were in the dark for 2 hours. Couldn’t understand the staff at the front desk.

Bathroom faucet had a drip, some scratches on wall, floor was dirty (went to take shower and lot of dirt from my feet) Had a time trying to figure out the thermostat. Needs to be upgraded on some of the necessities.

In a decent location near downtown. Room was quieter than I expected being next to the interstate. A/C unit helped as a noise generator to get some sleep. Bed was comfortable. I'd stay here again if they fix some things.

The noise. Absolutely horrible. Between guests and the road traffic, it was a nightmare. The front desk staff was not welcoming at all. Not a single how are you or anything. I ended up leaving 5 hours after check-in due to feeling unsafe. Walking to my car to get my bags I encountered several men standing outside and sitting in their cars out back. As I left my room, one man walked around to see which room I came out of and the was talking to the other men in cars. I just got my stuff and left. I didn’t even alert the front desk because of their lack of care at check-in.

The price was OK.

It wasn’t the cleanest, but we didn’t make a huge fuss about it. it was next to the highway so we could hear the loud, roadrunners at 4am. it’s also a little dated and they need better security locks on the door.

I liked the price and how easy it was to upgrade my room once I got there.

Hotel was very dated. Rooms were very dated with fixtures and there was dust built up behind some of the tables. Parking lot was limited in parking spaces, but there was parking next door.

The rooms were large enough to accomodate us and even allow for us to use an air mattress for our son. Bed was decent. Worked for a quick overnight stay and last minute booking.
