On a 8 lane road with no crosswalks and no sidewalks. Crossing the street was life threatening. There are two buildings and I ask for first floor but they had none and sent me 2nd floor in the second building that was a hike down a hill with no sidewalks. I took uber to the hotel and had no car so I had to drag my luggage down the hill and kept thinking “I am going to have to drag my luggage up this hill in the morning, which I did. It called Red Roof Airport but miles from the airport with no shuttle.

I felt the room was not very clean. The vent to the air conditioning unit was coated with dust.

The staff was very courteous and friendly. I liked the option of choosing which room I would like.

The difficulty opening the room door. They offered a safe in the room but it wasn't operational due to low battery.

The location was great! Near the mall, had a variety of places to eat nearby, and there's a convenience store/gas station across the street.

The rooms were definitely well-used. They were clean- but not up-to-date. Internet was iffy and television choices were slim. I think although the location and price was good- I would splurge to go somewhere else with bigger rooms and free breakfast, fridge, and microwave. Also- getting in and out of there with your car was very hard to figure out and get out on the pike..

It was an area with several options for food and shopping and was overall clean. The parking was good and I requested an accessible 1st floor room and was granted that without an upcharge. Checking in was simple and easy.

There was an odor in the stairwell and on the second floor hallway that was not pleasant. Shower curtain rod had been ripped out of the wall, replaced and falling out of the wall again. We wedged a wash cloth in the ring of the shower curtain to keep it from dropping to the center so that the floor could stay drier. The doors were dirty, both the entry door from the hallway and the back of the bathroom door.

I have mobility issues and was put on the 2nd floor. The motel only has stairs. Booked a room with fridge and microwave for my 5 day stay and wasnt given one. When I inquired I was told I had to pay an additional $10 per day for the upgrade. Most concerning was my room door which either wouldn't open or lock depending on the day

Mirrors looked like they were sneezed on, vacuum wasn't cleaned, mattresses you could feel the springs. And heard several big dogs barking all night in the hotel

Stranger banging on my door at 5 am to help her with her key card. She was acting in distress and try to lurk me out my room. When I was about to pull off after checking out, housekeeping tired to get me to go back to my room after I had everything packed up. They was saying I forget something when I know I didn’t. Something didn’t sit well with me. Be safe whoever decide to go there another with their babies. I felt targeted. Other than Thant I would love to come back the bed was so comfortable. Best sleep I had before these encounters.
