Basic cabin room but clean with comfy beds. Location is stunning and onsite food & beer was great. Kids loved the pool. For a one night stop to break up travel, it was perfect.

Early pub close and the pool wasn’t open yet but we weren’t in season for that!

The staff were so nice! We booked the wrong room and they were really great at accommodating us even at 8pm!! The bar area was great as was the playground. And our cab was fantastic! Comfortable with a lovely (fake) fire place and an amazing area to sit outside and make s’mores! and you can get the fire logs and starter at reception! Easy, beautiful, fun for the kids and great staff. What else could you ask for?!

Coffee filters were missing from our room, so we weren't able to make coffee in the morning. The office/store wasn't open early.

I had no expectations of the location but I was really charmed by the camp. I went in early spring but I can imagine in summer the place is hopping. The river is a short but steep downhill walk. There is a pub on site but the food wasn't the best. Not the worst I've eaten but could have been better

Setting is not very private; fortunately, resort was not very full. Also, price we paid was reasonable, but only because of heavy discounting --- full price would have been a bad deal for what you get. Pub is short on comfortable indoor seating.

Nice old-fashioned cabin in midst of campground area. Less than an hour from Humboldt redwoods. On-site pub had decent food and good beer.

That I didn’t stay longer!

This is one of those places that you leave knowing you will be coming back. The location was absolutely perfect. The redwoods were stunning. We were able to enjoy the resort as well as the surrounding areas. We arrived late in the night and they were so accommodating. Billy, the owner, was honestly my favorite part of this whole place. She truly made my sister, daughters and myself feel so comfortable and right at home. She was the sweetest. Her generous and pleasant personality was good for the soul. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for our road trip to the chandelier tree!

It might have been nice to have a better selection of food at the pub that focuses less on fried items. Our room had a nautical theme, which was fine, but seemed a little out of place in the redwood forest.

This place is located in a stunning area of the redwoods. It's reasonably priced, quiet, comfortable, and close to all sorts of gems in nature. Additionally, the staff at the front desk and the pub were friendly and helpful. This is certainly worth returning to.

Pub closes at 9:30pm, but last call for food was at 9pm. Stating this for the general public’s awareness; not an actual complaint against the property.
