The only complaint I have about this property is that it does not have a consistent restaurant (grill) within it. The food quality was not great and most items were sadly overcooked (some to the point where it was inedible). The breakfast buffet before the remodel was much better. The food from the rooftop grill needs quality control, as does the breakfast buffet. Good news is there is some FANTASTIC restaurants nearby, as well as a grocery store - where you can get everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Also, NO bottles of water in the room was disappointing - the water in the lobby is VERY expensive (be sure to pick up a bunch at the market)

The rooms are lovely, and very spacious. Comfortable beds, and a beautiful rooftop pool. The area the hotel is located in is fantastic. It is within walking distance of dozens of restaurants, and is nearby shopping. It is close enough to uber to downtown or south beach - but the Surfside and Bal Harbour areas are absolutely stunning. This hotel is located DIRECTLY across the street from Surfside beach. The front desk has beach towels, and beach chairs that you can take with you to the beach. The staff is very welcoming and kind. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. This was my second stay at this same hotel. They recently remodeled and the hotel is beautiful. The price point is fantastic for what you get.

They charged $30 that was not detailed at Booking for the use of amenities that includes 4 beverages per day, towels and chairs for the beach but not umbrellas. They do not have room service and the meals are not good.

We got an upgrade in a suite with a plenty room, location was excellent just one block from a great beach. Breakfast service included was good. Hosts service was great.

I did take them awhile for housekeeping to clean our room after we asked them to in the morning.

The same at every hotel. Never enough towels when you are there as a family. Also they knew we are coming as a family and didn’t make up the sofa beds in advance.

John who was the front desk agent was simply outstanding. He took care of all of our needs and made the stay really easy. The pool is small but good enough if you aren’t expecting a proper vacation resort type pool experience. Brilliant accommodating our needs over Shabbat as Jewish observant family.

The $30 per night destination fee that wasn't included in the booking .com price I was told I was gonna pay. Said taxes and fees included but that fee was extra. Also parking was ridiculous. It was $38 per night and no valet. You had to get your own vehicle.

Very clean, great location, nice staff, good food, free chairs and towels to take to beach, nice pool . Bar at the pool to order food or drinks.

We asked them to fix the safe. We went to remind them every single day. We left and the safe was not fixed.

Was close to the beach; also shopping areas. They provided beach chairs and towels, which was great. Breakfast was good. Common area was clean.
