Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hallways are overpowered with too much “plug-in” type of smell. Rooms are nice & a good size. The bathroom needs updating. Shower/tub needs replacing.
Staff was friendly & service oriented. Very nice fresh breakfast offered every morning with several different options.

It was a bit dated and could do with a bit of an update
The location was good, the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room we had (2 bed) was spacious, the beds were comfortable, pillows weren't like rocks! Outside space was lovely, pool and firepit highly recommended

Breakfast breads. Coffee was mediocre.
I wish the rooms had balconies. The windows were dilapidated. No great bread options for breakfasts.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. Large rooms with good kitchen facilities. Location was OK but only if you have your own car available all the time.

The rugs in the room were stained and dirty. The bed in the pull out sofa was very uncomfortable could have used some kind of topper to make it bareable.
The room was a good size. The breakfast was good. The location was convenient. The fireplace is a nice touch

Pool could be bigger, beter.
Good hotel overalll. Rooms were confortable, but bathrooms need some updating. Breakfast is as good as a continental breakfast with a some extras items. I

No umbrellas for pool sits So quiet neighborhood
Nice place if you want to rest, no so many people around , not so much things to do. If you want enjoy beach ( nice sand and clean water) then its place for you :)

The room was very updated, and we could feel the smell of old. The bed was not much comfortable too. Maybe the hotel need to refurbish their rooms. Besides that facts, the hotel was ok, maybe a little overpriced but as all hotels in Naples.
The room is spacious and the staff is friendly. The check-in was quick and all information was provided. I didn't have breakfast but it seemed to be pretty nice. The location is also good. I would go back.

As I wrote above, the only thing I did not like very much was the breakfast, no bread and boring.
The room was very good and very confortable. The bed was also very good. The only thing I did not like too much was the breakfast. There was no bread for breakfast and every day we had the same food as the day before, I little bit boring.

When I arrived on Friday, the person who helped me told me my reservation was canceled. I had the first reservation I canceled on paper, and the second one, which was the correct one. This girl told me more than twice that there was no reservation. It was very unprofessional not to check the system properly.Then, in the room they gave me, the bathtub was in poor condition, and the shower was clogged and unusable. I waited until Saturday morning for the person in charge to arrive so I could fix it. This seemed pathetic to me. And the shower curtain was completely broken. Water was spilling from the shower into the bathroom. I'd always stayed at this hotel, but it was the first time I felt and saw that the quality of the hotel wasn't the same.I think the quality is out of focus when first it is from the Marriott and second, and no less important, you are paying for a room with ALL THE AMENITIES AND THAT IS WHAT THEY SHOULD OFFER WHEN YOU PAY ..YOU ARE PAYING FOR IS NOT FREE. And the sofa bed mattress is completely sunken in. It's a shame they don't care about the hotel's quality. And Booking.com should also focus on the quality of the rooms the hotel is offering to Booking.com guests.
