We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

My husband found the bed comforterable. I didn't sleep too well. Thought it was a little to firm.
Nice, clean and big room size. Nice patio area out side plus the few outdoor tables in the front of the Hotel. Location was our #1 factor for this stay..

Hot tub jets were broken and there was debris on the bottom of the tub. I booked here especially because of the hot tub. It would be nice if you had a stationary bike in the workout room for those of us who can't tolerate tread mills and steppers

I slept on the sofa bed and it wasn't very comfortable. Also some things were outdated.
Every staff member was so kind and helpful. The location was also a plus!

TV didn't work in one of our rooms and they did not replace it during our entire stay.
Location was close to our appointments. Liked having ice machine in room.

We had to clean our room when we got there. Unfortunately there was con webs all over and a huge spider in the plant.
The location was perfect. The room was a nice size and staff was wonderful and friendly.

I guess missed the level of attention to the room as found in other residence inns. Many items were sub par. Ex: instead of reinstalling the bathroom sink shelf, the wall was patched and the shelf put in the cabinet, carpet had spiked spots, door actuator lubricant stained the length of the door, luggage stand not available, stovetop calcified that it didn’t heat properly, not many kitchen items to use, weeds and dead plants in landscaping, pool area had portable ac units, musty smell in step hallway, dark areas in parking lot near water retention area ( along with other bystander issues so we relocated our car). Just not at the level I have seen other resistance inns much better cared for

We got locked out of our room for and hour cause the safety latched closed on us after we left the room and the receptionist said she had a tool but didn’t use it right away! My daughter ended up you tubing it and got it on the first try!!
The way the room was set up with a kitchen and living room and separate bedroom!

We did not like that the pool and hot tub was out of order.
Breakfast was delicious, extra items for the waffles abd oatmeal makes all the difference. We love the layout of the room.

We loved the layout of the room, even though we didn’t use any of the mini kitchen items, it was cute and made the room feel homey. Pool area was well lit and inviting. Breakfast was great.

The hot tub was shut down but everything else was great!!!!

The pullout sofa bed was not very comfortable. It was sunken in. We ended up going to Walmart to buy an airbed for the two that slept on the sofa bed.
The room we stayed in was great! We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with kitchen. It had all the stuff we needed to make it a comfortable stay.

The distance to the elevators and the room from the elevators.

Room needed a little upgrading. No pot in the coffee machine. Chairs were very worn. NO luggage rack.
