The TV was awkward but ok otherwise everything was great.

The woods out the back door were nice to view and walk. The staff was excellent friendly and helpful.

Location was awesome- could hear the waves on Lake Michigan crashing on Shore at night. Loved being in baileys harbor vs a bigger/busier town- access to main road was nice - we could get anywhere in door county easily. It was a peaceful location close to sanctuary trails, and was a great place to stay!

The owner needs to do small repairs for safety reasons. This is not a high end place but simple repairs would make it safe and feel like they take pride in their hotel. Ex: bathroom toilet paper holder hanging off the wall, tack stripping on floor was pulled up between bathroom and bedroom area. Hard for bare feet could cut foot if not careful and the refrigerator handle is broken and could cut someone if they are not careful very sharp plastic. These are minor repairs that would make a huge difference.

Location is great close to beach. The staff was friendly. Beds are comfortable. He went and got us sticks in the woods for marshmallows. The ridges sanctuary trails are in walking distance. Room was clean.

In the pictures on the website of the balcony it shows a view of the lake which was blocked by the pine trees. I reserved this room for that reason. A bit let down because of that.

No phone in room Wires were hanging open from an outlet. Patio door left open. TV did not work good because of satellite Pop from vending machine was flat.

The safety locks need to be put back on the doors! I did not like feeling that vulnerable. Also, one and a half rolls of toilet paper is not enough for three women.

The location is absolutely gorgeous! We liked the size of the room, and the charm that the quilts added. My daughters and I all wished that we could have stayed longer. Our room had everything we needed!

Short staffing made things a little uncomfortable with the cleanliness of the rooms. Also the pull-out sofa beds were very uncomfortable for my friends. We had two rooms which could have been beautiful if they had been professionally decorated.

The WiFi was spotty, the tv got 10 channels, and the dvd player was broken. It is a great place to stay if you’ve brought your own entertainment.

Had problems getting someone to let us in room at 11PM after left key in room. After hours support is a problem but is understood since this a small less than 20 room venue.

The room is VERY outdated. The smell from the damp crawlspace was awful. The to give you an idea of the moisture coming from the crawlspace, the dehumidifier needed to be empty very day. We could hear every step from the people staying in the room above us.

There was 4 of us staying in a room with a queen bed and a pull-out couch. When booking the room, I included 4 people. But when we arrived there were only 2 towels, so we requested more, which was fine we got them in a timely manner. When we were getting ready for bed there was no sheet for the pull out and no extra bedding except for a small blanket. There was a number we could have called but it was late, and we didn't want to bother anyone, we luckily had blankets from home. We were able to get a sheet the next night. The room was a little crowned, there was lots of unnecessary furniture, but we made it work. Overall, a nice stay just a few improvements that could have made it better.

The location was great! We were a short walk from downtown bailey harbor the only concern was having to walk on the highway, but it was only 5 minutes. There was also a path nearby which led to the beach which was great!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We actually booked the cabin, but it was not comfortable for all of us, The only place to sit was the table. The microwave only would run for 10 seconds and shut down. No door on the bedroom and stairs were too steep for get up and down for all of us. I went to ask to see if we could change rooms, and they were able to change us to a 2 bedroom, full living room and kitchen. We had an awesome deck and grills were provided. Very nice place, I would stay again.
