Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Out lake view was beautiful. Rooms and staff were nice. Would stay again but would ask for no smoking area next time. Reserved on booking.com so not sure if I saw options. Overall, would recommend.

said their entire property was no smoking. I was told I could go out on the trails and find someplace to sit. Hit my knee multiple times as I walked out onto the balcony on the corner of something behind the curtain that shouldn’t be anywhere close to there.

Our corner room was large and lovely but the view of the river is past alot of trees so you can’t see it well and the cottonwood trees make the balconies very messy!

$29 for parking in this part of Portland is a lo5 given the cost of the room. Distance from other restaurants means that you must eat in the hotel restaurant with its limited menu.

Cute hotel on the bank of the Willamette River. Every morning you can watch the rowers go by from the balcony! There is a walking/running trail along the river. Comfortable bed and you can go down to the restaurant and get coffee drinks and wine to take to the room. Employees seemed to be always cleaning something! Very nice.

Parking fee for unsecured parking
nice room friendly staff, having a car parking fee is excessive (build it into the room price). Service in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was good. Wish there were a few more menu choices.

I often stay at another place in Beaverton similar vibe, the charge for parking as well Irritating! But theirs is 10$ not 30$. This other place also has totally free internet, they have an app so you can tip the cleaning staff from your phone and with a credit card, you can also access your streaming service and not have to watch the boring cable with all the commercials. Oh one other big complaint and safety issue your tubs are death traps!! Floor, way too slippery with soap! You need more traction or rubber mats! I’m surprised you don’t have a law suit pending. Place was fine but I had something to compare it to and yours was more expensive, and it didn’t have the things I mentioned above that I had become accustomed to. Oh and sorry one other thing the bleach on these sheets was so strong it bordered on a weird Funk. I was very appreciative of the late check out I got!!!!! So nice thank you for that!
It’s clean and nice maybe a little overpriced. I always get irritated with the parking fee. I don’t like surprises or ad ons. Set a fair price and stick to it you would get more loyalty and satisfaction. I never understand the bait and switch as a customer service strategy!

Firstly, there were some amenities that were missing: there was no safe in the room, nor robes, there was almost no towel racks in the bathroom. The balcony could have used a good cleaning. I requested maid service one of the days I was there, and they didn’t replace the tp. The hotel is located in an area undergoing redevelopment, and there are only a few restaurants etc within walking distance. Much of this is rather pedantic, though.
The hotel sits right on the bank of the river, and it is a beautiful view! The room was quiet and large, but excellent for the price. The staff were always cheerful and helpful, the bed was comfortable, and it was clean.
