No elevator and I had a little guy who I needed to carry with stroller and all up the stairs. Room service didn’t clean my room just gave me new towels. When I booked I said it was 2 adults and a child. I was only given 2 towels. When I called in the morning to get another towel, they said that the person who does it wasn’t in yet so they couldn’t give me an extra towel until the next day.

I requested a ground level room when I initially booked here and I was told yes but when I checked in, they said they didn't have any. The rooms are way too humid.

Location was good, price was good. Check in was super fast and easy. We had Walgreens right down the street which was great for us! Microwave and fridge came in handy every day/night of our stay.

The shampoo and soap were not good quality, and the motel was a little worn down.

I loved that it was walkable from Disneyland! It was the perfect distance and so close to everything we needed!

Floor was really dirty. Bathroom smelt like urian. My family and I stayed for for 7 days and the only thing that the cleaning maid did was change out the towels and took out trash my whole stay.

The staff was great! They were very welcoming. I locked myself out of my room and they helped roght away. The walk to disneyland isnt that far.

The floors were uneven, not enough outlets in the room to charge phones, the lobby wasn't open ever, and if you need something after 10pm forget it.

Great value, good location, clean decent sized room, and the two people (we assume a husband and wife who own the place) were nice.

Would have been great if we had some basic things such as a kettle and proper cups . Paper cups dont last long and we had to use microwave to heat water. Cups or mugs would have been great. We can rinse them everyday . Storage was nor much big low dresser with draws but nowhere to put luggage, unless in bathroom. then everything feels damp.

Beds were comfortable, could of done with extra cover was cold at night sometimes. Location was great, walking distance to Disney Land, bus stop a short walk up or down the street.

The refrigerator was a decent size, however most of the vegetables froze. That is often the case in a hotel when you don't have time to get the temperature adjusted. We should have adjusted the temperature warmer when we first arrived. It would have been nice to have more table/counter space. There wasn't really space in the main room for more than the small table that was there, but the bathroom was large. It would have been nice to have another table or counter in the bathroom other than the small vanity counter.

The rooms were clean and a good value for the money. We mostly needed them as a place to sleep and to be in close proximity to Disneyland. The Riviera fulfilled those needs.

Lighting is harsh, a nite table lamp would have been much appreciated. The sheets were fine, but the cover was very thin

I was a little sceptical of what I was getting myself into as the price of this motel was very reasonable compared to the surrounding properties. I was more than pleased to find a spotlessly clean and comfortable room. It wasn’t fancy but the bed was comfortable and it did have a fridge and microwave. I never used the pool. The staff are friendly and accommodating. It’s only a 20 minute walk to Disneyland and it’s right across from the street from lots of great restaurants. If you’re looking for a budget hotel, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here.

There are some shady people seemingly living here. A woman aggressively approached my friend's car pointing and yelling and some man sitting in a different car yelled at her to back off. There's a sign taped to the window where you check in (no lobby) that says "no prostitution, no drug use, rent must be paid in advance" so that kind of alerted me to the possible happenings. it's strange because this hotel is right in the middle of everything, but it feels very sketchy. It's three doors down from the Hyatt and a ten minute walk to the gates of Disneyland. There were others there that clearly were going to Disneyland with their kids and family. And some that you didn't want to make eye contact with. So overall I didn't feel very safe. But I kept my door locked and I was only there to sleep. Unfortunately, I will not be staying here again. If you need a cheap overnight you will probably be fine. But I'm not going to bring my son here.

Short walk to Disneyland, which is why I stayed here. And you are just two doors down from Walgreens, across the street from cheesecake factory and other great small restaurants. The room was cleaned very well. Parking is free. The staff/owners were very nice.

It could have had a bigger TV and there was no coffee Maker in the room to make coffee in the morning. The first one I've ever been in the didn't have a coffee maker available

The decor was very sparse, and there were no real amenities. It was as bare of a room as one could get. And the lighting was cold, room felt dark.

Some of the electrical outlets didn't work. I had 5 cockroaches over a seven day period. I don't like those! I wish they would seal the door better to prevent critters like roaches.
