The hotel has changed a lot from the last time I stayed in 2021. No room service. Breakfast more self service. Where before they cooked your breakfast when u sit at table like a real restaurant.

The room was much more expensive than it should have been for what we got but that is how all the hotels do it in this area when the universities are starting and ending semesters and students are moving in and out of dorms and apartments. This one was less than some are and I knew what it would cost when I booked it. Since we are out of state, we had to have somewhere to stay. The main reason I chose this particular hotel was because it was very close the airport and had a free shuttle from the airport. It is important to note however: that the shuttle does not run just because flights are coming in to the airport. We had a midnight arrival and had a very difficult time getting a ride to the hotel. We were not the only people that assumed that taxis and Ubers, etc. would be around waiting to take people where they needed to go. This is a very small airport and I was told by multiple taxi companies that I called at midnight that I should have made arrangements several days earlier. They "didn't have anyone available". I did check on whether we would be able to use the hotel shuttle previously and they did respond that it would not be available at midnight but: I thought there would be other options at an airport.... There were 5 or 6 groups of people standing outside the airport in the rain trying to figure out how they would get where they needed to go so I want to mention this for other traveler's benefit. It doesn't work that way here... The airport security was very helpful trying to advise us what to try. We could have walked if we had to since this airport is a mile from this hotel but I was not excited to try that at midnight in the rain pulling luggage behind us. Eventually we got an Uber and allowed someone else to ride with us so they weren't stuck at the airport.

The hotel and room were standard for this chain. I had chosen to not pay more for my room in order to get a "free" breakfast with it so we ate out. I found the cleanliness acceptable and the staff was friendly. The beds were very soft. Probably a lot of people like that but we both found them too soft and uncomfortable because of that.

The room was small, for a double-queen. The telephone did not work. The toilet paper holder was off the cupboard. The Keurig coffee maker was filthy.

The beds were quite comfortable. The shower was roomy and there was plenty of hot water. The linens were clean and soft.

Noisy trucks in the parking lot starting their engines loudly early every morning. Bed had a broken corner bracket hurting my wife’s foot. Reported. Wire in hallway and water in main floor hallway.

Good breakfast. The Restaurant manager, Barry, always made our mornings cheerful and great service. Excellent mattress and pillows.

There were no bath towels in our room, only hand towels. I went down to the front desk at 6 AM and no one was there, I waited a bit and then walked to the pool area to see if there were towels there and it was locked, but I didn't see any towels, when I went back there was someone at that front desk who provided towels, but that wasted about 15 mins.

Hotel was clean, bed comfortable. I didn't use it but they had an open bar area in the lobby which looked nice. Pet friendly.

Unfortunately there were no towels, no water and no disinfectant or disinfectant wipes in the fitness center. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while or anything had been done in the fitness center A little more care should be taken when cleaning the shower If you remove the stainless steel sheet in the shower and look underneath, everything is still completely dirty and apparently it is never cleaned. I had to clean it myself because it had already started to smell too bad ( Room 307 )

Very friendly staff at the reception and also at the bar. Lots of parking space, large welcoming lobby. Very quiet rooms you can sleep very well the beds are comfortable and the rooms are very large, very well equipped and also very quiet.

Too many dogs. One pooped in the floor & owner left it and bc they’re VERY short staffed it sat til next day. Lobby ceiling leaked w/ heavy storm. No fan in bathroom. They ran out of towels and washcloths and/or they were locked up & front desk couldn’t access. Restaurant food was great but the service was so slow I almost fell asleep! Short staffed!!

Location-close to major interstate & mall/restaurants. Microwave & refrigerator in room which Courtyard (preferred hotel) did not have. Restaurant food was convenient, fair priced and good.

I ended up in a room next to another guest with a dog and small child. Unfortunately, I was too tired from driving for 12 hours to go back to the lobby and request a different room. Perhaps a single guest should be given a room away from kids and dogs as a general rule.

I was about to be charged a large pet fee without anyone confirming the size of the dog. $138 dropped to $78 because of this factor. My wife had to get the manager to correct this because the other employees were ignorant.

The facility was outdated, needing upgrades, new carpet, etc. The hotel was understaffed, so check-in and getting assistance from the front desk always took far too long. The hotel's key coding system went down, so guests had to have their room keys continually recoded for about 24 hours. Finally, I am not happy with Booking for providing me with incorrect information about the breakfast. Your listing indicated the breakfast was included in the price I paid; the facility said the information was incorrect. This hotel is my first reservation with Booking, and I am not impressed so far.

The staff was friendly and helpful when asked.
