We witnessed an older gentleman fishing off the pier at midnight; he rudley left smelly fish guts all over the concrete and one of the loungers which by 7:30am the next morning made the area unusable due to the odor. Almost all the loungers had broken components and need to be replaced.

Room was priced at a good value. We were accommodated with early check-in and we were warmly welcomed. Room was clean & comfortable with all the basic necessities. Nice pool area that seemed recently updated. Pool towels and kayaks for guest use. Many restaurants/ bars in the area & a state park (with entry fee) with beaches within 5 or so miles. Nice 24 hour bakery very close by too.

I didn't like the fact that I had to leave and go back to reality. ....

EVERYTHING ! STAFF WAS VERY NICE. ROOMS AND PROPERTY WAS VERY CLEAN. THE POOL HAD COOL WATER AND FELT VERY REFRESHING. SUNSETS WERE AWESOME 😎 I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK........THANK YOU FOR AN AMAZING VACATION . They also have free kayaks and a paddle boat for the guests to enjoy. I also enjoyed the bonsai garden.

The staff and owners here were beyond accommodating with taking public transportation and wierd hours of travel. The property was spotless and I stayed in one of the updated rooms.... just gorgeous. Cute coffee truck across the street, shell shop and souvenirs 0.3 miles away and a cute little fish shack and bar across the street. You'll be seeing me again soon yall!

No washing machine in the rooms, and limited availability of the one from the facilities.

Great staff that was able to accommodate a late check in. Free kayaks for use. Cute rooms with a small kitchen. Love the “island vibe” of the resort. Great sunset view. Loved the wildlife roaming outdoor l.

I honestly loved everything. The only thing I would say I didn’t like was I wasn’t able to spend more time there.

I was in Room 9 and loved the room I was in. It gave me privacy and security for my solo birthday trip. I was able to enjoy the beautiful view on my spacious front porch. Everything I wanted was right there: kayaks, the ocean, chairs to relax, pool. The room was immaculate and the best cleaned room I’ve ever stayed in.

Nothing, everything was great for us!!! NO COMPLAINTS.

The hotel was locally owned and it was great!! The owners were accommodating and so friendly. They actually took us to out room and went over anything we needed to know. The pool was right outside our door and we could take about 4 minutes to walk to the water with a great dock and tiki hut cover. Provided lounge chairs on the water, kayaks and paddle boats. The room was immaculate and had a stove, refrigerator, Microwave, coffee pot and all dishes , utensils etc. Perfect for us. The price was great and we would definitely stay here longer next time. We will use it as our base to go to different Keys. We just saw it on Priceline, liked the reviews and went for it, so glad we did. Thank you !!!!

We tried to use the paddle boat, but it wasn't working right. My husband had to swim out to help pull us back to shore.

There is a great swim area. The landscape is beautiful. There is a nice charcoal grill area. You can use their Kayaks for free. They have several. The pool is small, but very clean. The location is near to the boat we rented, the snorkel trip we took, and yummy food.

There are lots of places to sit and enjoy the beautiful view of the gulf. Family owned and operated. Very friendly staff. My daughters loved swimming in the pool.

The pool temperature was a little warm, which we understand there was an issue with the controls. We still however enjoyed the pool regardless.

We had 5 beautiful days at your resort. Linda and Jerry and really, EVERYONE was so friendly and accommodating to our needs. The grounds were terrific and we loved relaxing by the water and watching the Sunset at night. The pool was clean and enjoyable and the whole stay we had a quiet atmosphere. it was truly a wonderful place to stay and close enough to everything we wanted to see and do.

In the summer there are mosquitoes at night so take repellent.

This property is a real Keys treat. There is a small private sand beach that has shallow water so it is easy to get in and out of Florida Bay. There are lounge chairs and hammocks to enjoy...and plenty of shady areas. Kyaks are available on site. Also a cute Tiki Hut with a picnic table right near the water at the end of a long pier makes for great sunset watching. Barbecue area also available. Very convenient parking. The room #22 is enormous with a king bed, living/dining area with very comfy couches and chairs and separate sitting room. This room has a very large screened in porch on the second floor overlooking the pool and bay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. All in all a great place to chill and commune with nature.

I didn't like the fact the pool was closed by 8pm, and there is no fishing unless u go out away from the resort. Although I understand why, it's just a inconvenience.

Our room was next to car park and a throughway to pool; it was ok as only staying one night but would have been disappointed if staying longer.

Good seating and hammocks overlooking ocean to watch the sun set. Comfortable beds, friendly staff, easy check in. A great one night stop over.

We loved everything!

Our room was wonderful and had a clean, well equipped kitchen. The property is older but very maintained, and the grounds were beautiful! We enjoyed the free access to the kayaks, the hammocks in the shade, tables and chairs to eat by the ocean, and the pool! The ac worked great and the bed was new. It was a beautiful resort that had every thing we needed!
