Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Couldn't go barefoot in the room or your feet would turn black, one of the beds was broken, the room was not very clean overall
Was there because we had to evacuate from Hurricane Milton. Staff was very friendly

Very old facility, needs a more thorough cleaning.
Right off the highway, nice staff. The bed was soft. Parking lot was well lit. The price was low. We slept 6 hours -a quick long distance stop.

It was dirty, was supposed to be non smoking but it clearly was allowed. Stale/ mildew smell, I had to clean before using anything… Luckily I had sanitizing products and a Walmart was close by to purchase air freshener candles, sprays, deodorizer.. Had to air room before coming in completely/can a/c for 3 hrs. Groundkeeping/ Curb appeal is necessary especially sitting far off down the hill. Shower had hole at its pipe. Sink spout hard and dirty.

The access to the room was dirty. The WiFi didn't reach our room (the furthest one) The bathroom door didn't close. The room didn't smell good The coffee and creamer in the room were unusable because they were too old The room was too small to move around inside, especially towards the bathroom
The hotel has easy car access and the price is affordable. The place is peaceful. The staff was friendly

They said it was non smoking but there were cigarette butts in the AC vent. There was a black mark on one comforter. The toilet rocked and both lamps around the bed did not work. Maybe just light bulbs but that should be checked. The place is a bit run down.
It was close to the highway and not too expensive. Beds were comfy enough and I was just doing a quick overnight so not paying much was a positive.

Stayed in the same room as we did before and the TV was broken and it was broken this time too. Ice machine was not working. The place just needs some maintenance and it would be a great stay.

Some rooms smelled like pot. We had 3 rooms. One room had no towels or washcloths. Big crack between bottom of door and frame that a snake could get in or mouse. We had a dirty washcloth hanging on shower.

I have stayed here going back and forth from Ohio to Florida. It has been a great stop. However this time was as good. I think there r locals living there and they decided that everyone in the place needed to know all of their business. Up till 3am in the morning with all of the yelling. screaming and fighting. Probably won't b staying there anymore.

This place is in serious need of a total overhaul. Although it was clean, the walls needed repairing, the furniture needs replacing and the uncovered trash cans outside the rooms need to go! I paid the same amount for another hotel and it was 10 X better than this facility!
Owner was friendly enough and was nice to change our room after first being placed next to a room with multiple young children who were very loud.

Booking.com advertised that there was breakfast and when we arrived there was not. The staffs aid they have been trying to get that changed. The pool was also closed.
It was very clean and the staff was nice. CleanBooking.com said there was breakfast and there was none. The staff was very apologetic that we were mislead and lowered our nightly rate by $20.
