The floor was dirty, the sink was clogged and at night the shower drain would have a horrible smell for some reason. And when we got there they didn't have a blanket in the room. When we left to the store they came in our room without us knowing and put blankets in there. I felt really uncomfortable that they did that. Good thing we didn't have anything of value in the room . Plus I always bring my own blankets everywhere we go. The towels we're all stained .. and the sink light was all the way by the front door. So had to sleep with the bathroom light on. And they keep the pool locked at all times .. you have to go to the office just to ask them to unlock it and tell them when u get out so they can lock it up again . For $81 a night it could've been better!

The room was dirty. The shower had crud in the corners and mold all over. I wore flip flops when bathing. No light or mirror over the sink. No safety chain on door. No trash can liners. Curtains didn't close, leaving a gap people could look through.

They only pick up the trash. I went 3 days with undone bed, dirty sheets and moldy shower curtains which smelled horrible. Lady at the front desk looked annoyed when I asked for another pillow bc the ones in the room are old and flat.

It was Terrible. Shower drain didn't work. Cords hanging out of the ceiling, open walls around outlets. Cigarette burns in the sheets (in a non smoking bedroom). Ac didnt work. Wouldn't let me switch room. I left.

Cold shower, the guy told me "you should have come to the office last night to let someone know about it" but nowhere does it say they are open 24/7 and then the following day it got better but on my last night I went to tell him again but then he says me "you told me too late" then when I commented on how I take my showers at night he just kinda shrugs his shoulders and says "sorry you don't shower in the morning" ... The worst part was that last night, when I came back to my room (left all morning and afternoon) the cleaning crew had some of my snacks and used the toilet and didn't flush... Never coming back!

I liked how spacious it was, that it had a microwave and mini fridge.

NOTHING ELSE An adventure from the moment we Walked in room ..right a way I was hit with the smell., maybe cigarettes maybe pet I'm thinking it will forever be a mystery..this also can be said for the MANY random dried liquids scattered around the walls.First "friend" was found 2 min later.. a dead cockroach by one bed. Friend number two was spotted by my son in the bathroom about 10 min after that. Friend number three well he WAS ( NOW DEAD THANKS TO MY SHOE) a brown recluse spider. Fourth friend was a very lively cockroach who succumbed to my hey dude as well. This little bugger , pun intended , might very well have been friend number two who played hide and seek with my son when he was in the bathroom but I can neither confirm nor deny this due to him rudely running away before I could introduce myself or my shoe.. LITERALLY slept with lights on due to being afraid of what would join us at night. I took several pictures to show how OUT OF DATE the online photos are. We would have definitely gone to another hotel if it was not for the 13 hr car ride we just finished , the pouring rain and money already spent ! Yes I hope you found this entertaining, I choose laughter as a coping mechanism obviously 🤣. But unfortunately for all involved every bit of this is true!!!on a happy note as I lay here typing this the air is becoming increasingly damp thanks to the air system so id dare to say I found the source of the smell! 🕵️ As far as the "breakfast" when my mom asked the front desk she was told "they might have muffins in the morning " on a positive we went to the IHOP attached to the hotel and it was yummy and our waitress was great! and to top this all off when checking out the person had the nerve to make my mom wait for him to go check how dirty WE left the room before he would return the $100 deposit, that the website doesn't tell you about by the way!

There was a cockroach in the room. The photos on booking do not match the current reality of the hotel. The bed had just a sheet and a thin quilt, we missed a warmer blanket. I was alone with my young son and I felt that the place was empty, it looked like an abandoned hotel, which made me feel insecure and scared.

Hotel near Legoland. Room with microwave, coffee machine and minibar. Comfortable bed. Good price for spending just one night as was our case. I was able to take a good shower and rest to continue traveling the next day.

The location to Legoland is very close, the rooms smelled too much of cigarettes even though it was a non-smoker, due to the allergy we could not spend one more night in that room and I asked to check out but they did not refund the money for the night I was missing, the front desk moved us to another room so I wouldn't waste my money but the smell was the same, the rooms lack maintenance and the beds are very hard and the bathrooms are not very clean, the air conditioning is very noisy, and We found a cockroach walking on the floor in the first room. Nothing about quality vs price.

There was an odor emanating from the bathroom, despite being cleaned. This odor was noticeable throughout. We saw a couple of roaches. Again, the place was clean but with the odor, roaches and the room being completely different from what is pictured, I did not feel safe keeping my young kids there.

The front staff - Zack, was very kind and courteous.
