Elevators are not working, the lights close to the door keeps on turming on, key cards are not working, I had to change it 3 times. The front door is hard to open.

Staff are friendly, and the parking is free, cheap for the location.

parking - motel firms it as a free parking, but in reality there is only 12 parking spaces, when the amount of rooms is almost doubled (there was no space for us 2 per 3 times we needed to park). A lot of homeless people nearby.

The elevator wasn’t working, so it was difficult to carry our heavy bags upstairs.

The room was next door to the housekeeping room. All I heard was slamming doors and an off balance washing machine hitting the wall. After 8 it stopped and it was better. Also. I was still in my room at 9:45 and housekeeping knocked on the door and simultaneously opened my room door she said aren’t you checking out. I said I have til 11 don’t I She said oh yeh. I was so angry I got my stuff and left. I told them at the front office. They didn’t seem to care.

The property was clean and comfortable after 8. The young lady at the front desk was very kind.

I didn't like the cleanliness of the bathroom, it seemed like it hadn't been swept before the guests arrived, there were stains on the walls, and the hairdryer didn't work.

I liked the location because it was close to the consulate which we needed. Parking is free which is very good and convenient, and in general it is there because some hotels do not have parking. Big bed, even bigger than it was in the description.

The wifi conked out again and again and it always took a long timei to bring it back. In the four nights I spent probably 90 to 120 minutes alone trying to get online. Too much, a grave problem.

Can walk just anywhere from the location. The room was just right, big enough, with anything I could have asked for. And it all functioned well. Except for the wifi.

A little loud between rooms and towards street. Not very comfortable pillows, blanket etc. The area is pretty close to the neighborhood Tenderloin that is recommended to avoid. With kids it’s easy to take one wrong turn and you’re in a less safe area! Make sure you’re aware of the map before start walking!

Elevator did not work. Had a child, big wonderfold stroller. Had to carry all upstairs. Was difficult. All rooms are upstairs. No ground level. Ground level is parking only.

My bed seemed lumpy and not as comfortable as I'd like. The neighborhood has a lot of street people and drug users. If that makes you uncomfortable, you may wish to stay elsewhere.

I love that free parking is available (on a first-come basis). This easily saves $60 to $100 compared to many other locations in SF. The parking lot has recently been brightened up with lighter paint and more lighting. My room was clean. I walked less than two blocks to have a terrific, upscale breakfast.
