Ultimately, the hotel staff upon checkout was very nice, and her courteousness contributed to my satisfaction upon starting my day. 🙂. She deserves a raise.

United StatesHere goes: Issues in the bathroom- First off, no pressure of water in the shower- spray came straight down near to the wall. The toilet paper holder was completely broken and unusable. There were chips on the floor rim of the shower stall. The hairdryer looked very old and worn and its plug would not go into the recepticle on the wall which was on the opposite side of the room from the mirror... the wire would have to stretch across the toilet bowl area. There was no vent for air circulation in the bathroom nor any vent for heat.
Did not have breakfast. I did like the reburbished rooms with lovely bedding, bedside lights to read by, refrigerator in room, long counter for travel items, good size closet...

United StatesNoisy as heck. TV did not have access to espn. Tech guy showed up to reboot the tv within 5 minutes. OK it worked but the TV package was lame and I missed the ball game. Not worth the money for the stay. Clearly this is an older building. Many nice attempts to upgrade the facility. Hall outside the room dark like a dungeon- get some better lighting and fix the damn thing. I’ll be back to the area but won’t choose this hotel at that price.

United StatesLobby was modern and pretty but our room not so much. A bit outdated. Had a cheap motel feel. Our room also overlooked the indoor pool, so you heard all the noise from the families with kids using the pool.
Very convenient. Right off the parkway. Our room overlooked the parkway toll, but we didn't hear any noise. Check in was easy, and staff was amiable.

United StatesI was surprised to see that I was charged for parking my car in your lot. I realize that your facility is going through a renovation but there were a lot of problems for me like the difficulty with accessing WIFI, the plastic toilet seat that wasn't attached correctly and could have easily been broken, the rust in the shower, the hard to find toilet paper dispenser and the lack of places to hang towels. I see no reason to replace them every day but you need to have more than one towel rack to allow the towels to dry. Also, you keep misspelling my name. The last name is Von Hoene, the first name is Lois.
