We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe mold, the stained and threadbare towels, no phone or clock, not even a chair, bathroom fan didn't work, the whole place needs renovated or condemned and they expect a $100 cash deposit when you get there, the site I looked them up on didn't say this till I got my confirmation almost didn't get the room and he said no money back also says pet friendly online then later says no pets allowed.

Check-in was a GINORMOUS pain in the butt and took like, 20 minutes; the "good" stairs looked like they were going to crumble, and the other ones were taped off- part of the hotel door was stripped off with a massive gap under it, you could see light through the gap in the wall all the way around the heater, there was no fridge or microwave, the carpet felt greasy, and the shower was smaller than most toilet stalls. The most upsetting thing though, was the shower!! I booked a room that listed a bathtub in the amenities, but there wasn't one. I was there for 2 days and turned on the shower over a dozen different times for over 20 minutes each, and 7 of those times, it stayed as cold as gap water will get, even when I turned it all the way on hot. I tried the evening of check-in, several times throughout the night and early morning, mid-morning, afternoon, and evening again. There was only hot water once for about 30 minutes, and it took at least that long to heat up past lukewarm the one time it worked....... This place is absolutely terrible- spend the extra $6 for Motel 6 across the street! I extended my stay by 1 day, and I wished I hadn't cheaped out.
Well, there were 4 walls, a floor and a ceiling; a heater, a bed, a TV, a toilet, and it was next to a market with frozen food and a microwave. The blackout curtains closed almost all the way down.

No towels in room, no toilet paper, sheets had stains on them, broken furniture, and the tv wasn't hooked up no remote for the tv. When asked for a remote or to moved to another room they said they would and we never heard back from them.

United States of AmericaBooked 3 nights and Was warned that tv might not work and it would be fixed tomorrow which was fine except it never got fixed and the first room had no tv at all and was very dirty not vaccumed there was blood or something on the lamp the windows would not open shower didn't work at all The dresser was broken as well as grafiti on some surfaces. The second room had a tv but was not working shower was cold no towels in either room had to ask front desk for some and room was also not vacuumed and not very clean but the windows did ooen in this one.

United States of AmericaThe room was dirty and in severe disrepair. There was even a spot on the wall that looked like blood spatter. The carpet was dirty to the point of being gross. The shower in my room didn't even have a handle. The air unit filter looked liked it hadn't been changed or cleaned in a very long time. I paid 106 per night for this room. Not to mention they had the lobby closed due to "covid". We are not longer required to wear masks so what's that about not to mention the sign on the window that states "we will not be cleaning the rooms daily due to covid." Very gross. Felt l like a haven for illicit activities.

United States of AmericaWhen I checked in the front desk gentleman gave me a room key. I went to the room and it did not unlock the door. He swapped the key cards and said it should work now. I walked back to my room on the otherwise of the property, the door still wouldn't open. When I walked back to the front desk he walked with me to my room and let me in by key. Once I walked in, their was a counter top mounted to the wall their was a giant hole where a sink would normally sit and their was no TV. I walked back to the front desk told him I'm not staying 4 nights in a room with no sink. The guy at the front desk proceeded to give me a different keyboard for a different room. Once I got to the second room I attempted to turn on the ac/heater it was broken it wouldn't turn on at all. I walked back to the front desk for now the 4th or 5th time told him the heater in room was broken. The guy at the front desk proceeded to tell me it shouldn't be nobody logged in our maintenance logs. He than opened up a binder with notebook paper looked up my room and said "oh my bad it says right here your room is closed for maintenace." After the thirst room attempt I was finally in a room that wasn't missing a sink or had a broken heater On my last night I took a bath. After my bath their was a Hispanic man knocking faintly at my door at 9pm. I grabbed my handgun and cracked the door open. He didn't see he worked for the motel all he said was "the room below ypu is leaking water." I said "so call a plumber." The guy stood their said "I'll talk to you later." I took it as a passive aggressive threat. I closed my door as I only had a towel wrapped around my waist. I got dressed and went to the front desk to report a stranger knocking on my door telling me about leaking water from another room, The female on shift said oh that's our maintenance guy hell probably want to go in your room.
The Caucasian female staff on night was polite, the maintenance guy was polite once I understood the situation. Maintenance added cooking above the tub where the corners of the wall meet the tub. Idk how that's gonna fix a leak when I took a bath not a shower in room 214. Maybe check the plumbing.
