The Music was not as good as I was led to believe. the song choices were great but the singers were not. The musicians were excellent though. They took very long breaks. It felt at least two of the nights that the breaks were longer than the playing and more frequent. Things broken when arriving in the room (TV & AC). Dogs walking around the building...I didn't know it was dog friendly and I am allergic. Queen bed was hard on the edges which is good for stability but bad for two people in same bed. There was also no bottom to the iron in the closet. Hated the garage because our truck is large and was daily nervous about someone hitting my truck or getting in and out of the thing. Right next to public access so was also constantly vigilant of my kids roaming around since the bracelet policy was not active this year. Lifeguards were extra vigilant and would not allow people to go very far, but that could be because the news is full of sharks....so maybe that was a good thing. They were nice though.

The room was ok. When we arrived the tv was cracked and the AC broken, but the maintenance crew came up and fixed it rather quickly. The front desk crew had one nice lady and two blah not personable ones. The tall lady was very nice and welcoming. The guy in the store was nice and the response to requests from the front desk were very quick. Night life was fun but a much older crowd than expected. That was fine, because it made an old fella like me, feel young again, just probably why the atmosphere felt off to me and why most of the younger groups didn't stay long. Prices for food and drinks was high but fair for the area. Liked the free lunch for days when we had less time to go out. I liked the location and the bar as the beach walks at night were fun with the music playing in the background. Preferred the music from the beach over sitting near the stage. Laundry room was convenient although we luckily had someone tell us the first two machines we attempted where broken or we would have wasted $$. The guests were nice and calm and all of the kids seemed well behaved so that is always a plus. So overall good place, location, venue. The music down the block at Flip Flops was excellent!! Go there if you want to just sit at the bar and enjoy good music over drinks with friends.

The rooms do not look like rooms on booking sites. I stay here for location and activities that are on site not really for the room itself. If you are looking for luxury then this is probably not for you . If you are looking to park you car for a long weekend and have everything you need at the property then it’s perfect.

Room was in need of updating. Door seals hanging off. Lamp shades missing. Light bulbs blown in each fixture. Carpet and bedding and our clothes felt damp the whole time we were there. Mold on the ceiling and bathroom door. Bed was very uncomfortable, hard and you could feel the springs.

Location is key and the band and pools are wonderful. Staff was friendly and helpful as they could be with such a busy weekend.

Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. No toilet paper holders, so your toilet paper sits on the side of the sink, fridge makes loud noise in the middle of the night.

Location was perfect, family oriented, not too busy side of beach, live music at the bar. Good price.

The hotel is ancient. Literally I couldn't stay in my 1st room bc it was disgusting, and some left blunts and beers on the patio. The hotel is just old and due for a renovation. I can imagine it would be alot of work bc the hotel is huge but it wasn't cheap to stay there either. So they are collecting a descent amount of money to upgrade the rooms and space of the hotel.

I like that fact that breakfast was served every morning; the pool options and the bar and the beach access.. that was perfect

Having a dance bar in the hotel was a total surprise and a major plus! Why spend money anywhere else when you can drink, dance, and go upstairs and sleep!

Very busy beach, it was located between public beach accesses as well as in front of several condos. You can't use the dolly to unload or load yourself, staff have to get your bags at check in check out which is just a little awkward if you're not expecting that, but a nice touch if your comfortable with that. Room wasn't as cool as I'd prefer. Air conditioning would kick off and cut on for 5min at a time. Never really fully cooling the room. Music played until 11pm each night, it was very loud. Would have been fine for an adult trip but the kids struggled.

Over all a great choice. Loved the location. Very beautiful. Walking distance to a pier was a +. Seemed to be a family friendly area. Staff was friendly. Room was nice and spacious. Great water pressure and consistently hot water. Love the sink outside the restroom great with kids.

I didn't like the bathroom. It could have been updated more and cleaned. I didn't like that they didn't have plastic cups only glassware. Overall, the building could be upgraded. Our balcony door was broken wasn't truly an issue but could've been fixed. Parking was terrible but a busy location.

The property was very dated. The gym equipment was very old and rusted in tight quarters. Children were left unattended in the hot tubs and pools. While checking in, we had to change rooms several times due to double bookings and unclean conditions. The gift shop had odd hours (closed) during the weekdays

The staff was very nice and accommodating. It's a large beachfront property with several amenities like a laundry facility, spa, bar/restaurant, water activities..pools, and lazy river Also free parking in the multi-level parking garage.

No pool towels, bring your own. The location was a bit far to walk to anything.

The room looked exactly like the pictures online. It was clean. There was a lot to do on the property. The pools were clean and inviting.
