Snow was frozen into ice under the check in canopy super dangerous and slippery especially when you consider the rest of the parking lot is clean. Plan on carb loading, with no protein for breakfast besides yogurt. Printer in the business center didn't work and I had to get someone at the front desk to connect the computer to the internet for me because it wasn't working either, and I needed to email my document since I couldn't print it. Homeless hangout and the property management doesn't really care, kinda noisy and lots of traffic in the parking lot.

Comfy bed and pillows, easy check-in. Off the main highway, The courtyard is gorgeous and I love that dogs aren't allowed in the grass. It's dated and not spotless, housekeeping doesn't speak English. Mixed brands of shampoo conditioner and lotion, 😂. Not sure how!

We chose this place because it looked really nice online for a nice romantic get away. I booked for a King room & was given a 2 bed room. We arrived 2 hours after check in & our room was supposedly not ready!

The wifi was terrible, couldn't get any work in, couldn't even look at my cell for texts and such. You really need to get that upgraded. The pool was filthy, a simple net to catch the debris would have made a huge difference. The towels were substandard, very thin.

Comfortable, fridge, microwave, great selection of tv stations. The AC works very well, I actually had to turn it down a bit it worked so well. Breakfast was decent, put something in the tummy. Checking in and out was easy.

The location is on the busy Cerillos Road and not far from a homeless shelter. I never felt unsafe, but I also felt I needed to keep my guard up. There is some major updating that needs to take place. Breakfast was grab and go and very limited.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. It provided a place to sleep.

Property is on a highway/boulevard in a run down part of town, with a bus stop right out in front for work commuters. Property itself was in fair, but not good shape. Surrounding neighborhood pretty sketchy. A lot of smokers who seem to be residents rather than visitors. Listing said "Breakfast Included", but it is just coffee and danishes. Really no breakfast.

The room was clean, but this is an old property. The "breakfast" didn't constitute anything beyond coffee and cellophane wrapped danishes, apple, etc.

M y room was sold to someone else while I was asleep and still in it for two more days. The phone didn't work. The microwave didn't work. The staff was unprofessional and one employee lied about the room being rented out to someone else and another employee told me that I was going to hell because I was not a born again Christian

Easy chair was worn out in seat, uncomfortable although it looked nice. Sink faucet handle was falling off (minor). Towel rack was loose and most disturbing, there was mold in the bathtub. Breakfast was junk! Packaged donuts, packaged muffins, apple juice. Could have easily offered small containers of yogurt. I was told the breakfast room wouldn’t be used until remodeled. Must be a better compromise or don’t advertise breakfast. We had to buy breakfast elsewhere.

Landscaping was nice, they gave us connecting rooms which was wonderful. Furniture nice and office chairs were comfortable. The beds were firm and very comfortable!! Most important item for us is the bed so we can sleep.

Close to my reason for visiting Santa Fe, the Meow Wolf for a concert. I parked under a light by the street so nobody broke into my vehicle or stole my catalytic converter.
