I paid way over what the actual rates were. I've tried contacting them and no one is getting back to me. It had no where to hang clothes, it didn't have a hair dryer. The beds were kinda hard.

Pool closed at 10, coulda stayed open until 11 at least! We paid for a kitchenette room, with no pots/utensils or anything in the room. Just a worn out stove that was questionable to use.. Basic room is what ya get here, no ice machine on property, wifi was absolutely terrible, if your lucky you could grab a cup of coffee from the front office when they had it.

Cheap!! Right on the beach, pool was warm, lots of people to watch and laugh at. Room was clean, no critters! Did I mention this room was cheap!!

Some of the outlets didn't work. Sometime through the night half of the power went out that controlled the microwave, mini fridge and TV side of the room. It was eventually resolved before we left.

The area, a lot of shady people during after hours. Alot of loitering, loud music at 3 am, mini fridge was disgusting, no trash bags or toilet paper.

20/80 rule; 20% investment will turn an 80% profit. ~Updates, like a fresh coat of white paint, continue the bathroom flooring, bring in the marketing for pet hotels, mark up to pet accepted for addition$$. Add a breakfast or brunch. The bathrooms look amazing. I'm in room 217? Hire actual cleaning staff and one really effective handyman. 🤗 Small changes to detail, planning. This has a possibility of being an amazing low-key executive level private hotel. This could find somebody an amazing investment while remaining small locally owned.

The people in the room next to us smoked, played music at 9 am and had a bird that was super loud. There was also sand in the bed and the soap provided was really sticky.

The room had a bad smell. The furniture was dirty. The beds were uncomfortable. Only had two thin flat pillows per bed. No ice machine, no coffee pot, no hair dryer.

The location was the best part of the stay.

Had no phone hooked up had to get maintenance the first day for that are tv didn't work had to maintenance to fix that

There wasn't any breakfast plus there was foil around the burners on the stove which is a fire hazard 🤔 no pots nor pan no silverware
