I didn’t like that the doors locked from 11 pm-6am no way to get back in other than the front. I understand the reason behind it but was inconvenient. We were also never told the room had beach chairs and toys. We packed all of ours taking up lots of room in our car.

Very nice condo with Ocean view and bay view. Outdoor and indoor pool. Park for the kids and Close access to restaurants and mall. Very safe place to stay with 24 hour security.

We enjoyed the indoor pool especially since the weather was not great. The sandwich/ice cream store was a bonus. Very clean property

when high winds are present the elevators and doors seem quite unsettling. also local squirrels seem to get too close for comfort

Offers a lot of things to appease all ages. never a dull moment with easy access to beach and plenty of stores around to accommodate any need.

Bathroom floors were not as clean as I expected but were not disgusting either. Kitchen needs more pots and pans for those who plan to cook.

Old and run down! Rust in the bathrooms, wires strung along ceiling, kitchen circuit outlets over loaded, linoleum floor old, torn, and metal finishing strip bent upward creating a dangerous hazard, screen doors broken, wi-fi wasn’t working. Noisy next to the sports courts with yelling nightly until after 11:00.

A couple of suitcase racks would have been great. I would recommend some more towel racks or hooks in the bathroom or bedrooms to hang bath towels since 2 in each bathroom wasn’t enough for a place that can occupy 8 people. The check out instructions were different on the vacasa app as compared to the linens paper that was provided in the condo, leaving us to wonder which one we were to follow.

Location was great. The activities at the property such as pickle ball, basketball, movie theater kept our group occupied.

Unit 506 had several items that need to be updated and repaired. It was evident that several items were not attended to since the unit was constructed. Such as missing and moldy base cabinets toe kicks, dirty grout in the tile floors, duct tape covering exposed screws that stick up at the tile, and carpet transitions, and rusty chairs and table on the balcony.

It was dirty. We had to clean our apartment. The hot water tank didn't work. They forgot to give us toilet paper and they couldn't get to us upon arrival. We found old beef jerky on the shelves, crap under the bed, the kitchen was dirty, and very ill equipped. The pans were so gross and trashed I couldn't cook. We asked to speak to someone and they never responded. They didn't come to clean it, so we had to clean it ourselves.

The place is spacious and has a great location. The common areas are very nice, and the facilities are nice.

Nothing, everyhting was fantastic!

We liked everything: located on to the beach with magnificent view (we could see dawn and sunset), recently renovated... Excellent option for a 4th of July we could see the fireworks from the balcony. Fully recommend to anyone coming to Ocean City.
