The only draw back was the pool water temp. was like warm bath water not very refreshing.

We were celebrating my birthday and retirement so it was perfect for the occasion having the Lemon bar on the premise

Most of the other guests were very nice but one guest made us feel unsafe. We opted to not pay for breakfast when we booked our room, this does not appear to be available at this hotel. Pool was so hot but every hotel in Fl is upper 80's -90's this time of year. Not really anything the hotels can do about it. But the ocean is the best place to cool off. Would also be nice to offer beach chairs /umbrellas onsite although we were told it was available by a private company.

proximity to the beach, loved that they allowed our 70# dog to stay, most hotels limit pet weight to under 50# The maid staff were so friendly and helpful. Hotel was 5 min from my daughters home so it was super convenient.

The room was your typical beach motel room. Floor was gross, white sock turned instantly grey. Water pressure terrible. There was a gas smell right outside our door near the ice machine on the second floor. Horrible when walking by, luckily couldn’t smell it in our room.

Location was awesome! We loved the beach access and the restaurants close by.

The floors were covered in sand when we checked in. I know its hard to get sand out being on the beach but there was a lot.

I didn’t like that there were no extra towels, blankets, or a broom for it being a beach property. I also didn’t like that there was no housekeeping due to us having pets with us. I get it for safety but I hated having to call to the office every time and request things. I loved the beachfront room, being on the first floor, the location to beach and shops and food, and everyone was so friendly! I loved the close access to the beach without the crowd and the pool was right in front of our room! Would def come back!!

No elevator to get to our room on 2nd floor. Had to wait an hour for our room.

Rude lady was bartending on Thursday night , our shower pole broke the water line & flooded our room and got all of our bags and clothes soaked an hour after we checked in , my daughter is autistic and cried hysterically scared to death , The staff was really kind & said they would discount our stay because we had to spend the following morning at the laundry Matt washing & drying clothes , but they didn’t , they don’t have complimentary breakfast & they don’t serve it either & they don’t allow children at the restaurant/ bar & the coffee machine in the office broke and didn’t get fixed , the ice machine upstairs didn’t work , it isn’t a place for families, it is for the 50’s drunks who see themselves as 35 ,they are drunk & obnoxious in the pool & the beach access from the hotel is closed , so u have to leave the property to go to the beach .Their priority is their Lemon bar and there menu is very limited

I did not like that the staff took away pool loungers and deck chairs on Saturday afternoon to prepare for a football watch party that was starting Sunday at 11 AM. I think that they could have waited until Saturday evening or Sunday morning to take those amenities away from the hotel guests.

I like the location - lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We were there during Hurricane Helene and the staff worked really hard to clean up the property after the storm. They even blew all the sand off the cars in the parking lot.

Having all pool chairs yanked out for the Sunday event on Saturday afternoon! Being told we could not use our balcony and the pool would be closed all day Sunday - when the event didn't start till afternoon... 9am sound checks were unacceptable!!

My brother and sister in law got wonderful room 220- we were in 106 right off the parking area. Staff was great and accomodating... until Sat. setting up for the Jaquar viewing party.. that was a MESS
