We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaRates were good until I arrived and realized that the hotel leaves many things to be desired. Facilities were not up to standard, tarps on roofs bugs in the room.
Location is perfect for a Kissimmee stay. Next to Fun Spot and Old Town. Walking distance to many restaurants. Well lit and easy driving access in and out.

But another employee seen what was going on and immediately got us out of there

United States of AmericaFirst I waited 65 minutes ti check in, there were 3 people checking people in and the line went down the back of the lobby. The property is outdated, there is no elevator to go to the second floor of the hotel, the furniture is all scratched and was sticky. The smell when you walked into the room was strong bleach odor. The carpet was damp. the bathroom had a pipe that was painted and the rust was coming through the paint, looking like the pipe could burst at anytime. there was a small miniature fridge, no microwave, no coffee maker but cups for coffee? The towels were hard enough and and crusty, didn’t want to use them and no soap. the pictures are deceptive. the tv was small and hardly any channels. The amount of dust on the air conditioner and filters were disgusting, I am allergic to dust. outside the room the air conditioners leaked so much condensation there were puddles in front of all the rooms.
not much, it was a place to sleep at night.

Tubs were all pealed and toilet bowls as well, carpets were all stained and walls need painting. it’s a shame since it’s very well located and when you enter the reception it gives you a whole different idea.

United States of Americamy bedroom was literally the number 867, super far away, door doesn’t lock, even if you introduce the card, you actually don’t needed it because never lock. inside the room it was smelling like “old place” , probably it was locked for a long time, everything old and a few things broken. the water from the shower was black , horrible experience!
