Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

That there were no options to eat anywhere after 9 pm on a Thursday evening. We didn’t get in until then and ended up having to order door dash for an exuberant amount of money.

I didn't like that the 6th floor suites aren't accessible from the stairwell. It would be nice to have a scan machine for the stairwell for people who want to take the stairs. Especially because the elevators take a long time during busy events with a lot of people

Surprising that the only restaurant open, closed at 7.
Good news, we were upgraded to a King suite. The room was very comfortable as was the bed. Unfortunately, we only stayed one night.

There are no signs letting you know that the doors to the parking lot are closed after a certain time of night. Security did not tell us, nor did any other employee when they saw my husband and I walking to the doors so we could get something from our car. Instead we had to walk around the long way from the front. Also, we live about 20 minutes away, still in niagara falls, ny and we still had to pay all of the tourist fees, etc. Wished we would have gotten a locals "discount" or something. And the mandatory $20 parking fee was ridiculous.
Never had a comfortable sleep in any hotel until that stay.

When I booked the room, the price was $113 per night but when I checked out I was charged $116 and didn't notice until the next day. It was through Priceline but during the time of the National Grange Convention. $6 extra plus taxes was not the price that I booked at. Also, my companion and I went to swim in the pool but every time there were a lot of young children in there as well as the hot tub, so we weren't able to use and enjoy that facility and it was late at night. Very disappointing as an adult.
Good breakfast on the 6th floor and nice to have the lounge. Great location with being walking distance to the Falls, Casino and eateries and our convention center where everything took place. Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable room and nice hot shower. Parking compensated was nice.

Some of the restaurants were closed, and one elevator was not working. Some events were going on in the hotel, and we were woken up a couple of times during the night. The room decor looked a little tired.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved the location of our room. Loved the location of the hotel. We would stay again.

This hotel is a shame to the Sheraton brand. The entire facility (including the lobby floors) is too old and needing upgrades badly. The entire (almost) carpet on the 3rd floor (where we stayed) were damaged due to waters and still in the process of drying out by a dozen of loud commercial fans. These fans were constantly running and generating loud noises all days and nights during my entire stay. The vanities and furnishings in my room were old and looked uncleaned. The bathroom shower was ugly and had heavy stains. Sheraton should never have put their customers stay in this big mess. It is a shame to the Sheraton brand.

The pillows were not comfortable.
It fulfilled our needs and was spacious enough that we didn't feel crowded. Great location. Starbucks and Rainforest Cafe in the building was really convenient.

Fair hotel - service across US hotels is non-existent, nothing special about the hotel - just everything that you would want is there. Room is clean, bathrooms nice and air conditioning is good. We got 1 out of our 2 rooms at about 6pm after reaching the hotel at 4:30 pm.

Free parking would have been appreciated. Faster checkout as we were standing in line to check in and check out.
