We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The bed was the most uncomfortable hotel bed we have ever stayed in. We hardly slept at all. For the price I expected better.
The room was large. It’s next to a lot of restaurants and shopping.

The hotel itself was okay. The rooms/ beds are a little dated. The bathroom in the room was clean but smelled musty/ mildew. Hot water in shower was lacking. The hallways had some sort of an odor to them. The charge of $18 a day for parking at this hotel is quite extreme. Overall the experience was not bad but, I just expected more for the price.
The location and surrounding area is really nice. A lot of options for food and shopping. The connector hallway from hotel to shopping mall made it convenient not having to walk outside to access the mall area.

I felt like breakfast should have been free of charge because this hotel already cost a lot to stay in so u would think coffee and breakfast would be free so was disappointed it wasn’t also the extra fees I was unaware of until check in other than that was good stay

Front desk lady was rude and dismissive during check in. We were put at end of hallway next to stairs. Soccer convention going on so kids were up and down stairs, elevators had puddles. No bar with entertainment. Was disappointing for us as we didn't want to leave in rain to find entertainment or food. Bar by front desk just had tvs and small sitting area. Most were bored drinking ipas. Room small overlooking air ducts.
Bed was comfortable. Valet men were nice and helpful.

The air conditioning wouldn’t get cold- room was high 70s and felt humid. Unpleasant to sleep in warm room after being at the hot State Fair all day. The shower water wouldn’t get hot.

Got up charged 350. I know I ordered room service 72 dollars and parking 18 a night for 4 nights. Came out to 144.

Check-in was inconvenient: there wasn’t a place to pull up out front, but the parking garage required a key card to get into the lot. Room wasn’t clean. There were urine stains on the toilet base and sticky stuff on the carpet.

It would’ve been so much better had there been some outlets in the main room. The only outlets were in the bathroom or being used by other things in the room. There was not enough light in the main room. An extra blanket would have been nice.
We didn’t do the breakfast because we knew it would be too expensive. We were disappointed that it wasn’t a continental breakfast. The location was great.

The room was hot, air conditioner wasn't working properly, there was very little light in the room amd the bed sheets along with pillows were the most uncomfortable I've ever experienced in a hotel. There was also a lack of outlets in the room

They immediately charged me $208 at the desk when I’d already paid through Booking.com, even though I told the lady at the desk I’d already paid. I thought she needed my card for incidentals or something. Then when I went back to the desk to say this the other woman (who was very short with me) said yes I had been charged erroneously and the money would be put into my account in 3-5 business days. I’m not rich so I don’t have an extra few hundred dollars lying around at any given time for it not to come back for several days. But I got no apology and she just seemed annoyed. The rest of my stay was nice, other than the fact that I left my new AirPods in the room (my fault) and a few hours later when I arrived home I called the hotel to report it. Which I did, but no one ever contacted me about them being found. So I can safely assume they were taken. I’m used to hotels having microwaves, and free parking. That was a bummer. My cold pizza was still good though haha

I couldn’t believe that free Wi-Fi was not included. As a consequence, I will not stay at this Sheridan in the future.
Breakfast was standard fare and too expensive for what was provided. The staff/server was excellent.
