It's just that the air conditioner is really useless, and the windows can't be opened near the road. No matter how you adjust the air conditioner, there is no wind, it is really stuffy. But everything else is good. It is recommended to check the air conditioner first when entering the room. If it is broken, change the room immediately.

The room was big and comfortable. no smell. The bed was very comfortable! It's very close to China Town, just two steps away.

Bed had spring out. Need better food and beverage facilities, but dinner I had was good. Need an alternative to all Asian food in area.

Staff was very helpful and kind. Clean facilities, good with pets.

The hotel room bathroom could use a renovation.

The manager Silvia was one of the best hotel representative I have come across. She was very accommodating and made sure all of my requests were met. Even though I could only stay one night, i will certainly remember this hotel for future trips.

Some guests keep slamming the doors close to midnight

Originally booked sheraton thinking due to renovation, we are able to exit the door facing main st but no. That entrance was closed so only the front entrance is open.

The hotel itself was under renovation, although there were no construction noises as the renovation itself seems to be halted, the lobby was blocked from access which makes it harder to navigate for the first time; We end up getting in via the garage. The AC was not working properly in the room.

The subway station was only a few steps away. The staff was friendly and helped promptly.

I did not like that they do not empty the trash, Also it is a hassle always have to change elevator in order to reach your room. Also there is not hot water boiler.

I have no complaints. Really enjoyed my stay.

Location is great. Walked everywhere. The property is undergoing renovations but the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Look forward to staying again post renovations!

The first night in the room the AC wasn't working at all I had to be moved to a different one the next day it was very uncomfortable to sleep like that specially for my 4 year old I think the rooms should be checked to make sure everything works correctly before the guest arrives

It just seemed to be outdated. The rooms appear to be early 90ish. The beds were not comfortable. It was carpeted and it needed to be ripped up. Cheap laminate would really liven the space. There was rust on the doors and slight mold in the bathroom. The water pressure in the shower was either high or strip the paint off the walls high. Also, they are going through renovations which will help with the lobby appearance but they really need to invest in updating the guest rooms.

By far, having access to the subway and authentic local Asian restaurants less than a block away was amazing!! Staff was very friendly and prompt to any of our needs.

Toilet didn’t flush easily (needed to hold down handle for five seconds). Loud neighbors. Small room.
