The villas we stayed in had ants in the kitchen, not a ton but a steady stream around the windows in the kitchen. Not great, but it was also Florida in August so we just dealt with it.

This was our second time staying at this resort and it's a great option for our family. The villas are spacious and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. The amenities and pools are easy to access.

The apartment was very comfortable. My family (me, my husband and two teenagers) had a great time there. Very close to all the parks, outlets and markets. If I go back to Orlando that’s where we will stay again.

Having to pay for our parking spot we’ve been going for 14 years and never once had to pay for a car and now they are charging $25 a night. I would say it’s a little pricey for the average working people.

Almost all staff was lovely and helpful. My one complaint is before checkout at 9:30 someone with a key quickly tapped on the door and without a chance to answer they opened the door while I was indecent.

We have stayed many times over the last 15 years. They are made some nice upgrades to the resort and villas as it has looked a little tired last visit some tears ago. However, it’s always very clean. A great family vibe, with great amenities, providing secure and big self catering living spaces. Along with this you have housekeeping that is amazing. We received prompt responses to all requests/needs. The Sheraton is simply a wonderful location for families of all sizes and ages, with great value for money.

My only complaint was their concierge was lacking. While all their other areas in their lobby was staffed with 2 or more employees, their concierge had only one employee. Their line was 3 people long and really, someone should have either come over to help or called for another concierge employee.

This is the 4th time that I have chosen to stay at this resort and it has never disappointed. As a family of 5 we always choose their 2 bedroom rooms and they always meet our needs. This particular room was placed close to their main amenities hub so my kids and I were able to walk to the pool.

Convenient location to Walt Disney World. Our one night stay was to prepare for our cruise the next morning. We just needed a place to sleep, shower, & store our belongings. The unit was very clean, comfortable and spacious - perfect for the 5 of us! The front desk staff were polite, friendly and helpful. They even had our unit ready for early check-in!! So very grateful!!

The property is so large the only place to get anything to eat is from a market a bit far away. Even a vending machine in the lobby or at each villa would have been great.
