United KingdomUnfortunately we were without WiFi in private areas for 2 days so could only access in the lobby area. The laundry facilities were not working for afew days too and there were issues with the pool and so it was unavailable for about 4 days in total. Had this been our first visit it would have impacted us wanting to stay again but it hasn't put us off as the staff and location are still very good. Not quite sure about the cleaning fee.
This is our second time within a year visiting this specific property. In between we made an extra visit to miami but stayed at a different hotel but our preferred hotel is this one. The location is brilliant but most importantly the staff. Melinda and kay do an amazing job and the staff in the breakfast area are lovely.

United StatesMain lobby rooms were not conditioned what so ever, hallways and elevator smelled like weed, pool was a bit murky, didn’t get an oceanfront room like i requested, and the worst breakfast at a hotel i’ve ever experienced, it’s the absolute bare minimum with the worst quality, you have to even pay $10 for even just scrambled eggs, milk was also in a fridge that was barely cold.

United StatesThe breakfast was only bread, pepperoni and cheese sandwiches for the whole week we were there with fruits, cereals and grits/oatmeal. Wish there were more different items to eat. The rooms did not have A/C but we did have fans that were working to keep the room cool.
I loved the view for the oceanfront balcony. It was amazing. I also loved when I put the sign to get my bed fix, they clean everything up! Thank you.

United Statesthe location is great. The hotel is very old, but clean. Overall, for this money, it's a good option. When we checked in, the iron was broken, I asked for it to be replaced for the entire 5 days of my stay. No one did it. It's a small thing, but that's the staff's job. The room was cleaned every day, thanks for that. And plus, this hotel has breakfast, which is also a plus.

Loved the location! It was perfect for it! Also included free sun beds at the beach. The gym is perfect for any for of training, gym section exceeded my expectations.
