The bathroom was okay..... but there were pieces of hair everywhere, seemed it had been used and never cleaned.

The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. Very helpful. The room was very spacious. I enjoyed my stay.

beds were terrible (esp. the fold out couch!), bathroom fan was so loud, bathtub impossible to fill except by running shower, too few towels, no bedding for foldout, terrible toilet paper, lighting in room was erratic, noisy (could hear neighbors' water running all night), pool water was too cold for child to use, etc

Our room had wet sticky stuff on floor in front of the refrigerator, chairs were stained and dirty, bathroom fan comes on with lights and it was super loud and needs fixed. Sink was plugged and backed up every time we washed our hands. Toilet had to be flushed more than once from plumbing problem. The pool was not heated and felt like it wasn’t clean. Definitely not what we expected from a Shilo Inn for the almost $400 we spent for 2 nights. Very disappointed. Had grandkids with us for a long awaited nice trip. Oh and there were fruit flies everywhere. No we didn’t have any food out. No breakfast due to COVID but other hotels put it in a bag for you or at least have coffee. This is the first review I’ve ever done in 62 years of my life. We will not be back.

Very conveniently located, the staff was very friendly and helpful, we were close to everything and food and grocery options are right across the street. The room was large and the bed was comfortable.

The bed wasn't super comfy, but I slept just fine, so I shouldn't complain! The hotel is older & a bit run-down in spots, however the room seemed relatively clean. The only bummers - the pool had a problem with the heater the morning prior to us showing up, so it was shut down. They also are waiting on breakfast supplies, so we also didn't get breakfast (no big deal though, since we have food allergies in our family).

The staff were great! We have a crawling baby & with Covid, they don't clean daily for people staying multiple nights. They let us use the vacuum cleaner! The pregnant lady working at the counter was very nice! I really enjoyed talking to her & my husband enjoyed talking to the guy with the tattoos. All the staff members we interacted with were really nice.

The pool was not working. There was no continental breakfast offered as they advertised. The room was not clean especially the bathroom. The drapes were dirty and the sheer curtains were shredded. The carpet was not very clean. It was not a good experience.

Lack of cleanliness. We didn't sit on the couch or chairs in our room because they were so so gross. Even the curtains had something smeared on them. The bedding looked like it had dried blood on the sheets. TV had hand prints on it. Stains on carpet. Pool room had rust all over the walls and ceiling and the pool was not heated at all. Breakfast was advertised online but not served. Even my 3 relatives staying in other rooms during the dance time; and who had made reservations at different times, thought there would be breakfast. Gave us 2 bath towels for 4 guests. Sleeper sofa was broken .

Location was easy access to Hwy and shopping.

The fan/heater in our room stank and the window curtains didn't shut all the way, so it was bright at night from the parking lot lights.

Most friendly staff ever at check in and throughout our stay, and checkout. Lobby was clean as well and they told us everything they offered with a phone call away. Thank you!

5 people our room gave us 2 towel pool didn't seem to be on ? Hot tub closed no continental breakfast being served but was at other places nothing to compensate for it the 2 things why we picked this stay and didn't receive either

The pull out couch must be 30 years old. My son was to sleep on it..he is 12. The bed frame was broken and cut his hand when he sat on it. He ended up sleeping in the couch cushions. He was horribly uncomfortable. The bed my husband and I slept in was the hardest bed I’ve ever slept in. The pillows were large and hurt my neck. Sleeping was very unpleasant for us all. Though pandemic restrictions are lifting everywhere and my stays at other hotels included breakfast and the ability to reserve the pool, this hotel has opted to keep everything closed. This was all after waiting for 25 minutes in an empty lobby wondering if anyone would ever come check us in. Also…my husband was Very troubled by the lack of sugar for his coffee… We won’t be staying here again.

The location is exactly as we wanted, close enough for a short drive to the beach and towns.

Indoor pool was to cold to swim. It was dirty. Hot tub was broken. Beds were uncomfortable. There was trash on the floor by the bed. Ice machines were broken. Dust on the coffee pot. Restaurant not open.
