There was nothing not to like

Location was perfect ,close to the local restaurants ,bars & beach We always stay in laudadale by sea for a few days when flying to the states It’s a hidden gem and lovely to relax before the journey to Orlando & the busy parks

Older property but well maintained. No breakfast only coffee.

It was very quiet due to being low season. The pool was very clean, shower was great. Plenty of parking.

Shower curtain was on tension rod and fell down. Fitted sheet would not stay on matress.

Facility was fine and ser ice was good. Could use an upgrade on bed liinens, pillows and mattresses. Room and rest of resort was very clean and well kept. Very close to beach. Pool and hot tub well kept.

Very good location- manager at the reception very friendly (he let us the possibility to check out late and borrow us some beach toys for the kids)

The staff were very kind and walked us to the room after checking us in. It is an older motel type of property. Might not be everyone's cup of tea. I found it endearing as it reminded me of traveling as a child with my family from the late 1970's. The grounds have well established pretty landscape. Pool and spa are a nice feature.

It’s very dated, but fine for a night or two.

The person in the office was very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. We were able to check in early and leave our car parked after check out. It has a nice pool, it’s very close to downtown and the beach.

Great location and short walk to the beach. Plenty of off street parking. Two pools and a hottub. Owners take pride in keeping property in nice clean condition. Older buildings and not a luxury resort. Nice walking distance tkk on restaurants and shops. Would stay there again!

Some items in the room were in noticeable disrepair such as Rusty fan bowls, lights not operating in bathroom and I didn't like that there was not a microwave.

The walls are thick and you don't hear other guests above you or besides you when you're in your room

The pool is not heated so it was a little chilly at times but its Florida so if you have a hot day no need to heat it. Some rooms we noticed had hardwood (looking) floors but ours was carpeting and that is not really the best for a Florida stay. The TV was very grainy - not sure if its the Internet but we watched little TV so no a big deal for us.

The location was perfect for the beach and town center. It was nice the property has 2 pools and a hot tub. There are plenty of chairs around the pool and a grill with seating nearby. The room was clean and ours had a little kitchen which was nice to have.

The room was actually nicer than it looked in the photos. A short walk south takes you to restaurants, stores, and night life if you are in to that. A short walk north takes you to a quieter beach access which I really enjoyed. Free parking and friendly staff were also a bonus.

The grout in the tile floor was black with dirt, making the bottoms of our feet black when we walked barefoot. No shower head— water felt like needles on your back. Bathroom door has stains and could use a coat of paint. We had a room by the pool— noisy partiers were outside our room the night we stayed. The office A.C. wasn’t working and it smelled like rotting fruit when we walked in.

Great location, 1 block from all the action in Lauderdale by the Sea. Spacious room. Pillows were comfortable. Arthur the manager was nice and held our bags when we arrived before check-in.

The owners make this place. It is maybe not a 5* hotel, but you are better served here than in many of those. They keep the area nice and tidy and are just the loveliest people you can meet in hospitality business.
