Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThe food in the restaurants was just okay- nothing spectacular. They have to work out the kinks of the recipes. For example, the breakfast pancakes were too dense and gummy. The cheesecake had the same gummy texture. The cleaning crew didn’t really clean in my opinion. Food crumbs were left in the room and I had to ask them to come sweep. Even when we asked for someone to clean, we noted dirt and grime on the bathroom floor.
You couldn’t ask for a better location, especially for events that will be at State Farm or Mercedes Benz Stadium. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The facility is stunningly designed- beautiful architecture.

SerbiaNo one is running the hotel - and this is very apparent. It is a conference center hotel that is not ready for breakfast rush. Also, they will not advertise this on booking - but their pool was closed in May although it was hot out.
The location is great if you are attending a conference in GWCC! The hotel is new, big & tidy. There is a good food shop on the ground floor for necessities.

United States of AmericaIt appeared we may have been bitten by bed bugs in our first room but the very helpful manager on duty on listened attentively to us and moved us to another room on the same floor and we were comfy and relaxed as soon as we relocated.
Absolutely Devine and the wonderful server named Paris was excellent and very good at her job! Paris was warm, professional and friendly as well as very knowledgeable of the area.

United States of AmericaI didn't like that fact that there was no microwave in the room 😕. There could have been more hooks in the bathroom. The steamer didn't work, ⁸0I had to request an iron and ironing board, this was a big inconvenience.
I love the fact that the hotel was new

Costa RicaNo microwave to heat leftovers or anything that needed heating. Check in took hours because rooms were not ready on time. I think the hotel was understaffed. Housekeeping came in late everyday, one day they didn't come clean.
Everything was new, very comfortable nice rooms.

United States of AmericaOur room AC didn’t work as well as we would like. The rooms are fairly large so it didn’t seem to cool off the room the way we needed which caused for an uncomfortable night’s rest. There’s also no snack or food options after 11. The market in the hotel is not 24/7, which is inconvenient. The night front desk staff were also not as helpful as the attendants during the day. Overall it seemed a little overrated for the $400+ a night. It didn’t give luxury with the luxury price tag.
The property was beautiful and check in was very easy. The rooms were nice and updated, very modern. Valet only is a perk in the downtown area as well and all the valet people were extremely nice and prompt. Loved the convenient distance to the Mercedes Benz stadium and Statefarm Arena.

United States of AmericaMandatory Valet
The Signia was clean, quiet and comfortable. The only thing I wish is to have the ability to self park. This is a full service hotel so I understood the condition of having to Valet park my vehicle. Other than that, we had a fantastic time! The personal touch that the staff give. The welcome you receive and the message you get in your room makes you feel special! The food on the 4th floor is really good. The drinks are good and STRONG. Lastly the view, we stayed on the stadium side and the view was spectacular. Nespresso machine, yes please do not change that, and the TV in the room isn't an off brand cheap smart TV.

United States of AmericaWe understand new property glitches, but food choices were limited. Almost impossible to get room service - had to charge it to AX because room charge wouldn’t work - then we got double charged for it (AX and room charge). Room Service wouldn’t answer the transferred call from Guest Services. Once I learned their extension and called several times, they never answered. It rang until it went to a busy signal. First room (1619) - phone didn’t work and a strange noise was constant (similar to voices on a speaker). Second room (3225) - sink stopper inoperable, all drink glasses were dirty. Nadia COMPed our dinner on check-in evening and the charge showed up on our bill at check-out. $60/day for valet parking - really? Sorry, the truth hurts.
