Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

DenmarkThe access codes for opening doors were a pain, does not work well, and the app was slow and unwieldy. Maybe Bluetooth proximity locks work better.
Full kitchen with filtered water and icemaker. The courtyard with pool was also nice, and the fitness room very well stocked and had a nice view.

CanadaWas missing a sink plug in the kitchen so that would have be good when we wanted to clean dishes. Didn’t realize that there was access to additional coffee and sugar so perhaps include a note in the suite advising of that.

United StatesHad an issue with digital lock - only working once in 15-20 tries or not at all. Had to go through lengthy (20+ min) wait time and not very helpfull conversation with remote support person. Once local (in-building) support guy was finally engaged, the issue was resolved - got a fob. It would be very helpfull to get access to local person right away (i.e. get his phone number posted) as you way not necessarily have 30 minutes to get through in case of emergency. Also, electrical outlets in the bedroom were located in the most inconvinient places, i.e. beyond mirror or in the middle of the corridor.
Modern , clean appartment in convinient location.

United States- The Sonder verfication process the night before a flight was a bit much - you have to do this before you get your entry codes -Lobby-less and conciergeless hotel, so no one to speak with if there is an issue. I had to flag down the cleaning guy to get some more soap and towels -The bedroom shade did not block out enough light in the mornings when you are trying to keep asleep.
-Location very central / convenient, very safe area, but a long walk to most food places and coffee several blocks away -Very spacious suite, fully equipped kitchen, washer dryer. More like an apt. -Great value for $$ -New and immaculate -Free parking

PhilippinesThe drier was not functioning well. My clothes were still damp after using it. Elevator button going to the lobby was not working well too.
I was surprised to see that everything looks new in this fully-furnished apartment. Clean and it also smells good. It has an excellent location — close to supermarket and restaurants.

United StatesThe pullout couch in the living room was terribly uncomfortable. Our kids slept on it and said it felt like they were sleeping on bones. I know pullout couches are notorious for being uncomfortable but when I laid on this, this was the worst I’ve ever laid on. There was only one TV and it was in the main living room. There was no TV in the separate bedroom. So when our kids went to sleep, my husband and I couldn’t watch TV. Which was the whole point of getting a place where our kids could sleep in one room and we would be able to stay up in the other room. Also as beautiful and big as the windows were, I can’t believe the shades were not black out shades. It was so bright all night long with the apartments across the courtyard. So it was very hard to sleep. We also came when Sonders was transitioning to the Marriott. It was hard getting our access codes and any information. It was also difficult to figure out how to contact the front desk or anyone to get more towels. I’m sure they’ll have all that up and running more smoothly, but it was just a bummer we came at such a messy time.
The location was great! The property itself was nice and new and clean. It was nice in our room to have a separate bedroom from the living room. The pool area looked wonderful. I wish the weather was nicer for us to enjoy that part of the hotel. Quiet location, even though in the heart of the city. Big beautiful windows let’s lot of light into the rooms.

IsraelThe cleaning service is not included, and only when you're checking out it be cleaned. This is pitty as I stayed for a week in the apartment and would appreciate changing my sheets or cleaning at the apartment while I'm staying. Also, there is no real privacy as all apartments can be seen from outside. So my curtain was closed all the time without really able to see sun light.
The location is great. There are parking spots everywhere. Overall, the facilities are nice.

United StatesWe had a wonderful experience with Sonder at Skyline, we met for a Brewer baseball game with my family. Check in was very easy, the apartment was clean & spacious. We loved the big windows, full kitchen, washer & dryer. The beds were very comfortable, but the pull out couch springs were not. The courtyard games, pool & hot tub were great for our group when we had downtime. We walked to Coors Field & ate at the Milk Market on the way.
