We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesThe pool and gym were under construction. Also that we are only allowed one car per.
I love how close it is to the Sofi. This will be my second time staying here and they are getting better and bigger! I will always stay here.

United StatesIt was definitely a bad time to visit to enjoy the hotel itself. Major construction ongoing, the pool was closed until later in the year as well as the fitness room/gym. I don't remember being notified of this until after I had booked. The cleaning wasn't the best with spots on the floor and the shower having hair on the wall and around the toiletries.
The location could not be better if you are seeing a concert at SoFi Stadium, Inuit Dome, Youtube Theater, or the Kia Forum. They're all in walking distance! Good places to eat around the hotel as well. The staff was accommodating as much as they could. The bed was very comfortable!

United StatesCost of room for the 1 night we stayed I guess price was high due to the huge concert in town - I feel price for one night was highly excessive luckily it was more important for me to see the concert artist - painful to the pocketbook but I paid it —— everything else was great!
Location - close to our event at So-Fi Stadium

United StatesWe decided not to have our own transportation there because of the cost for parking. So, anywhere we go needs to be on foot or Uber.
We chose to stay here due to its location, closest to the Sofi stadium where we planned to watch a concert. It is about 15min walk, easy to find your way. There are a number of options also close-by, and The Lum hotel stands out due to its overall capacity, the cleanness, the safeness.

United StatesThe property allowed ride share to drop off and pick up for events. This made it hard for us guest to actually get our cars in and out, which you can’t do yourself because it’s valet parking only. On top of that they also sold spots for event parking, which again made it hard to have our cars easily. Waiting was a bit of a pain when you have your own events and sightseeing to see, and you can’t leave your hotel when you want because of line of cars is holding you there.
The walk to the SoFi stadium was really great about a 10-15min walk. The distance from a shopping area was also a plus. Check in and valet staff were very friendly and super helpful.

United StatesWe stayed three nights and the house keeping staff did not clean our room once even though we indicated we wanted our room to be clean. Luckily, there were community garbage bin that we could use to dispose of our trash. The valet parking set up was not the greatest but we understand the limitation given the lay out of the building and the parking lot.
As we were attending a concert at SoFi Stadium, the location was perfect. The walk to the stadium felt safe. We were really glad we didn't need to deal with the traffic before and after the concert. Despite some negative, would not mind staying here again if we were attending another event at SoFi Stadium.

United StatesOnly blackout curtain available, no second semi sheer, so we kept curtain closed to avoid other guests seeing into room. Shower light did not shut off so it illuminated bedroom because of frosted glass panel that separated the room from the bathroom. No instructions on coffee maker, so we filled to max line with water since both of us wanted coffee and hit start button with paper cups provided, and it overflowed the cup.

United StatesThe surge pricing here for the Beyonce concert was insane. The beds were very uncomfortable and for the cost, things were cheap and breaking like leaking areas around the property and broken light switches. Restaurant onsite was convenient but staff was unfriendly and demanded tips in cash, then acted like they’d never seen us before the next day.

United StatesI read before arrival that it’s only valet parking. But I did not expect the parking lot in front to be so small and fast paced due to the restaurant next door, so when We pulled in we had to immediately get out and grab all our stuff at once and it’s kind of pressure because of the traffic volume. Then there was a long check in line. Other people were upset over this as well because there is not too much lobby room when you have over 10 groups checking in with all their things. No carts for luggage. Took about 15-20mins. And we arrived right at 4pm. Also what I really disliked was the fact that I prepaid a week before , mind you I’ve had this hotel booked since December. So upon arrival I expected to be charged just the deposit , and I asked so valet will be taken out at check out from the deposit right. I was told yes. But as I swiped my card for the deposit I immediately noticed in my bank I was charged the entire room PLUS deposit. I’ve never known a hotel to do this when you prepay! So be careful if you stay here you will be charged a whole $400+ again and it states 7-14days to bounce back after checking out

United KingdomDue to change of ownership staff initially did not realise I had prepaid through Booking.com and attempted to charge me again. This was quickly rectified however.
Surprisingly luxurious for the price. Incredibly convenient for Clippers games or other events at Intuit Dome or So-Fi (can’t imagine why you’d be staying in this area if not visiting either of these stadiums). Great pool area.

United StatesTV in my hotel room didn't work. They don't hand out room key cards but instead write a numeric code on a piece of paper and hand it to you to punch into your room's keypad. Be sure to take a pic of the code because it's easy to lose your random scrap of paper. Same code gets you in/out of the hotel's locked front door, nice reminder you're still in Inglewood. Elevator reminds you this hotel was prob built 70 years ago when people were smaller, lucky to get 2 people w/luggage in there.
Friendly staff, in-hotel restaurant Cork & Batter is very good, only 15 drive from LAX and 5-10 min walk from Sofi Stadium and Intuit Dome. Hotel feels like it was freshened up and remodeled <5 years ago, modern face on old bones but good enough for 2 nights. Clean rooms and spacious shower stall.

United StatesWe were given the wrong room, we were supposed to have a balcony, but did not get one. The bed was so low and had a very sharp corner that stuck out so we both came home with bruises from kicking it several times. The staff were very pleasant though, so didn’t make a big deal about it. The rooftop bar was something we were looking forward to, but it was a complete disaster.
We were going to the Broncos Chargers game, so the location enabled us to walk which was awesome. They were going through a software change and hotel conversion, and Tesh was by himself and was a rockstar handling all the pressure and craziness.
