The room could have more lights.

Good staff (they answer quickly), good price, free parking, comfortable mattresses, and great location (near Disney parks). Check in and check out are very easy. We had access to a coffee machine, coffee capsules, tea, electric kettle, mini fridge, and a hairdryer in the room. We could also use a microwave in the lounge.

The ac system in the room was not great, the room stayed damp despite having turned the setting to "dry" and was noisy. Also, the refrigerator in the room didn't get cold. We had to use a cooler that we had brought ourselves. Lastly, there was an issue with my being able to complete the online check in process, a glitch in their system wouldn't allow me to sign in in order to upload my ID. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with support and after attempting to sign in via web browser and email link, and deleting the entirety of my web browsing history and cache, I was told if I couldn't fix the issue "on my end" on the day of travel, they would issue me a refund. They were rude, unhelpful, and wasted my time. If they would've refunded me right then, (2 days before check in) this stay would not have happened based purely on how I was treated during this phone call.

Lightnings are tooo dim Bathroom door in our room was freshly painted and a little stiff. No front desk made it not easy to ship to the hotel but there are many Amazon lockers around. And a UPS store seconds away but there are 9$ pick up fee, I did a lot of online shopping so it matter a little for me 😅 Parking fee was 10$ per night

Nice, spacious and clean room, just like the pictures. super comfy beds. Love the app. They are responsive through app chat and so accommodating. Checking in and out was super fast and easy through the app..we checked in from our country one day prior arrival we parked our car and went straight to our room., we also asked to change the floor as it showed it would be on the ground floor and they changed it for us. a lot of USB outlets for charging our devices. Would definitely stay with Sonder again. One piece of advice: check the free parking availability when you arrive before paying for parking, we paid in advance then found plenty of free spots outside the parking gate.

Lighting in the room could be better. Even with all the lights on it was kind of dark in the room which was great for sleeping, but for hanging out you either needed the curtains open or door open. The AC seemed to run constantly and when we first went into our room it was a bit warm, but it did cool off to sleep comfortably for me, and I need it cool to sleep. The signage to find the place was difficult to see, especially when it was dark. We missed the turn the first night!

Nice location to get to Disney World. Room was clean and extra bedding easily located for sofa bed. My daughter said the sofa bed mattress was better than others she had used. Great room location. We also enjoyed the pool, although it would have been nice if the pool was cooler, it was pretty warm.

The door didn’t completely seal on the side, so when it rained hard, water came through and we had puddles in the room. Attached photo shows the light shining through so you can see what I mean (sorry for the blurriness). The pool closes at random times for no apparent reason. Once as early as 8pm because the worker said it was close to dusk… but it wasn’t and the night before and after it was open until actual dusk a little after 8:30. Another day it was open well after dark. Garbage cans around the facility aren’t emptied often enough and are overflowing quite often.

The location and price are awesome! Love the salt water pool! It was a good size for the number of people there. Rooms are clean, modern, and don’t smell at all, which is impressive in Orlando where a lot of hotels have a constant wet/musty smell. We’ve stayed here twice within weeks of each other, the first room the beds were soooo comfortable, but the second stay one of them was horribly uncomfortable.

The floor was a bit dirty and the pool was closed very early in other hotels that we have been to, they close until 11 at night.

The lighting in the room is terrible. There was no phone in the room which was odd. Another person set of the fire alarm and we were awaken out of our sleep abruptly and it lasted about 20 minutes, we had to sit outside our car because it was loud. We asked for a microwave but I never received one. Lastly, I don’t agree with charging for parking in a parking lot that is accessible to anybody.

The location was perfect. The check-in process was smooth. The available staff was helpful and polite. Overall the room and price were excellent.

Room was quite large and confortable except aircondition noise. Cleaning is extra 40 Dollars. NEed sweeping ground and 40 is quite expensive. But staff gave mop. Bathtroom is quite large and confortable. Parking available and free at the front .

The property was a little worn out and in need of replacement or general cosmetic repairs especially being in a tourist town. Appearance is alway a good sign of ownership. The pool was cloudy, was in need of treatment and needed to be cleaned. We found hair in the pool collecting on the bottom. The lobby was sparse and had room for more facilities for better use of space but were blocked off. Lobby doors were broken and had to be redirected to enter the area.

The location was nice. Near a nice selections of food options, and close to WDW. The size of the room was great for our needs.

People walking outside the door they can be heard inside. The room is dark so if you want to see anything you have to open the curtains but then people walking in front of the door can see inside. I asked the front desk I would like some privacy I was told it I would have to pay more for moving to upstairs. If I knew this before I would have chosen a room which had more privacy.
