Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesThe walls are very thin. Like you can definitely hear every conversation the people near you are having. The location was good but the initial finding parking was a nightmare. That was more on all the events happening the first night we were there, but still something to be aware of.
It was very close to the convention center! Once I was able to find parking it was pretty easy to get around.

AustraliaIt’s in the downtown area so there was some noise from the bar next door. Couldn’t hear it much inside at first but it did wake me up later on. Earplugs are provided which is a nice touch.
Modern apartment with comfy beds. Had all the little amenities we needed.

United StatesThere are a few things that can use improvement. There’s no bedroom door between the bedroom and the other living room. Or to put any face wash in the shower with you. The storage unit is extremely small and they are not enough or large bags. They need more units.
Very very spacious and had a lot of supplies. It’s basically a one bedroom apartment. Loved the layout of the apartment. This was my first time at a place in lobby for a front desk and despite that it was easy to get in and get around. Excellent location!

United StatesRight next to two bars that played music until 2 am. They had ear plugs and note of a white noise machine, but it wasn't there.
Geographically a good spot.

CanadaNoise levels are ridiculous and ear plugs useless. Would not have booked knowing noise is an issue on wkds. Also, 3 bags of tea & 2 of coffee for the stay was oddly skimpy.
Good layout & comfortable, nice rooftop patio.

United StatesThe reviews for this property mentioned noise from a neighboring nightclub, but I figured it couldn't be that bad. Well, it was for the first two evenings (Saturday and Sunday). The club was busy Saturday evening, and the noise continued in the neighborhood after closing (until 3 a.m.). Sunday was less busy, but the music from the club was present until close at 2 a.m. On Monday and Tuesday, noise was not an issue.
Sonder Ida provided a good escape while in Phoenix for a conference at the Downtown Sheraton with nice access to nearby shops and neighborhoods -- all walkable. The rooftop deck was a nice retreat for morning coffee and evening relaxation. The Ida unit was roomy and clean.

United StatesThe building is made up of shipping containers, this means you do hear the street noise and it can be cold, it was interesting though. Cleanliness wasn’t the best overall and we could have benefitted from some water/filter. Wondering if there was a microwave as I couldn’t find one.
I like the location very close to the airport and also close to coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance.

United StatesNo on site parking really, really sucks. Also, the "living room" area with the sofa bed doesn't have real curtains as far as I could tell. That means as soon as the sun is up, whoever is staying in that room will definitely have a nice bright room.
The fact that this was not only cheaper than the more regular hotels nearby but also had full apartment amenities was amazing. A full washer/dryer, full kitchen, in addition to the bedroom/"living room" separation was great.

United StatesThe fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, so I stood in the rain for almost two hours because the fire dept could not access the FACP room with the code they were given.
The convenience of the location to bars and restaurants and to the job I was in town working at made getting around easy.

United StatesThe bed and linens were comfortable. The pull out sofa bed had a very thin mattress and was not comfortable.
This is a very unique structure, constructed from decommissioned shipping containers. It was well constructed in a modern decor. The climate control worked well and the rooms felt well insulated. The apartment was spacious and fit our family of 4 comfortably. The galley kitchen was large and well stocked with utensils. There is no onsite parking but plenty of paid street parking. In the heart of downtown PHX. There is no onsite staff, we had to register with Sondar and get the check in /out instructions via email. There is customer service available via phone that can help with registration.

United StatesThe shower curtain did not come all the way down so there was a huge puddle of water on the ground after every shower. The live music from the local club/restaurant was great, but not at 1:30 in the morning.
The location was ideal for all the activities we participated in!! There are so many options in the area. The uniqueness of the facility sold us on returning in the future.

MoroccoThe check-in was a nightmare. I did not realize that it was self-serve—with no staff or lobby at the entrance. Thankfully, I was with a local friend who helped me figure out how to check-in, but if I had arrived alone, at night, and with no data on my phone, it might have been bad.
The room was amazing, and I didn’t hear much noise from outside, so I think it’s quite soundproof.
