The ice machine location was not obvious it took a visit to the front desk to find it location.

The grounds are nicely maintained and the staff works round the clock to keep them clean.

The cleaning staff and communication within the cleaning staff and management should not enter a clients room when asked not to have cleaning service. It happened twice and both time I was present and no one knocked either

The check-in process was over complicated, I think mainly due the management if the hotel being in transition. Car parking was also a bit complicated ($10 permit needed) although the manager allowed us to park overnight in a staff space . I'm sure these issues will be sorted out once the new ownership is fully established.

The location was good for our needs. The room was good (clean and comfortable) and had a good coffee machine :-). The grounds of the hotel were very nice. The management of the hotel was in transition and the manager of site was extremely nice and helpful in getting us through the check-in process (see below).

The self check-in process was a nightmare. Was not able to complete without some help from a young man named Seth. If it wasn't for him I would still be at the kiosk trying to check in. Was not working properly and wasn't able to do it on my phone.

Although continental breakfast was promised, all they had was a bin of little bite muffins every morning and maybe granola bars if you were lucky. The shower doesn’t get extremely hot and has very low water pressure. They charge $10 a night for you to park at the hotel and assign you a parking spot but parking is free for the restaurant which is only open from 5 PM to 10 PM The coffee machine didn’t work

It was gated and had a beautiful resort type feel on the inside Pool and fire pit (although the resident using the fire pit said she had to keep her finger on the button for it to work)

The room and the style of the hotel were very nice and clean, however I did not like that there was no one to talk to or help us with checking in. There was also no free breakfast and saw many people disappointed when no one was at restaurant.

There is no staff on site, I booked as I arrived so it was inconvenient as it took some time to set up. But the online contact was helpful just sometimes you need a real person to feel secure.

- Wifi didn't work well when it worked. I was unable to complete any work on my laptop. - Having to take pictures of your license and credit card and submit them to a website is annoying. - Having to also pay the invoice outside of booking.com is not great. I was asked for payment in the middle of my trip. I am at a work conference. I don't need to be bothered to log in and pay. You already have my credit card information in booking AND when you took my security deposit. - "Breakfast" is one small packaged waffle and that's it.

The wifi was awful. There is no staff. And nobody to address issues to like the water left in the hot pot. Which was calcified. And the key pad on the robot was way too small. And the curtain barely covered the window which was a very small window.

I wish it would have been made clear beforehand, that there is no human staff around. If you have (as a tourist) no internet connection the check in is very difficult up to impossible without help. (If you know it and arrange some WiFi spot it is easy enough!) And it would be nice to have a guard person for the night. I woke 2 times from people screaming and hollering and banging against doors in the middle of the night. Perhaps the very decent price point attracts people you don't really want to attract with such a nice facility. The complementary breakfast, on the other hand, is a joke. (Coffee and waffles in cellophane) Anyhow, I would stay there again.

It's the most lovely little place. Clean, very good restaurant and cocktailbar next to it. Very good location. I would stay there again.

Spotty daily coffee service. The firepit ran out of gas and was not replaced in a timely manner. The outside of the property had some debris around it. They charged for parking even if you didn’t use it. Upcharges even if you want an extra towel. Hot water was turned up to scalding and burned my hands at the sink. Extending the stay felt onerous.

Rooms are beautiful. TV and amenities in room were nice.

Parking charges. 10$ per day, think thats the first place in the suburbs anywhere I had to pay parking ever. Well the door code I understand, but sometimes can be a bit weird. Wondering if they change them everytime someone leaves. Anybody on site for me wasnt a big deal. But can understand the hussle if something happens and there is a need for someone to intervene right at the spot.

Nice renovated bathroom. Totally ok for the price. And the surrounding area inside the yard its nice. The room has a nice big bed. Didnt find any bedbugs. Saw some people posted they saw some.

Very poor breakfast (one apple per person, that’s it). Poor lighting in the room. Fully automatic and inconvenient registration procedure.

Nice interior, very convenient bathroom, microwave in the room. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable.
