Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Not enough selection in the pantry located in the lobby. We arrived during a blizzard and there were no food delivery available due to the storm. There wasn't a great selection of food, drinks or snacks.

No ice machine that we could find. The ice maker in our full size freezer took HOURS to make ice.
The room was clean. Glad to have some extra space. The staff at the front desk were all very friendly!

Kind of needed update on carpet, wall painting. No one at Front Desk at 4am. Kind of creepy-The Hotel Room across my room, door was cracked open and appeared dark inside from the time I entered my room at 4:30pm to 4:00am the next day. Plus when I left at 4am, no one at the front desk (registration desk). I came back into the Hotel to my room, making sure nothing was left behind. This man came out of the 1st floor coffee/snack room, with coffee in his hand, he started walking going the opposite direction from me, but when I got on the elevator and got off on my floor, when I looked up, he was turning the corner where I was getting off the elevator by my room. And he gave me this look - so I started talking to myself to make it seem as though someone was in my room as I entered it. When I looked back at him, just to make sure he wasn't right on me, he gave me a strange look. Im sure I could have went back to the 1st floor to my car, but I would have to walk pass him. It was creepy because, I would think that if he originally was going the opposite direction on the first floor, how and why would he be back on the same side of where I was and ended on the same floor I was. Because the elevator was a straight shot from the 1st floor to where my room was on the 4th floor - and my room was right around the corner from the elevator. It just again seemed creepy, cause he was going the opposite direction, but ended up in back of me as I got off elevator 🤔
Very Convenient - I enjoyed the mini apartment feeling. Great location.

Checking in was not the smoothest but the person who checked us out was very friendly.

Bathtub did not stop up for a bath. Pending charge still has not cleared 10 days after stay.

There really isn't anything that I would point out as inadequate or unacceptable.

It was very clean - so clean that all we could smell was cleaning supplies. The smell was very strong. Coffee offered was not the best.

Smelled of smoke or pets would be the only thing I didn’t like,
It was clean and the staff was exceptional. I am concerned at the charges pending on my credit card though. I rented 3 rooms for my daughter, brother and myself. My brother paid for his room separately but it appears I am being charged for all 3 and more than quoted. I will let it process but hope some of these charges don’t go through.

I can't really think of one.
The property (as promised) was close to the venue. I also was very pleased with the kitchenette . The restraunts nearby gave me quite a choice.

We were attached to a Canadian Ladies Fastball team competing in the World Masters Games in Cleveland this year. Very pleased to stay in your region to accommodate the travel to and from the softball diamonds.

Close to everything you need during your stay. Wonderful staff and comfortable rooms. I was staying here with my service dog and there was a wonderful park with trails minutes away
