People in the room next door to me smoked weed and cigarettes all night. Smell came through strong in my air vents.Very annoying and took my breath.

Noise from adjoining property!! Race cars all night! Sounded like a road race was going on from the time the stores closed until about 3/4am! Made the trains sound quiet!!

Not served early enough. Coffee was lukewarm! No milk! Only the creamers.

I have no negative feedback, just some suggestions: additional hooks on bathroom doors and a room dedicated to garbage and recyclables.

I enjoyed the layout of the room. For a studio, it was a nice size.

Everything was nice, no complaints.

I simply loved that I needed to have lodging facilities and my pets were allowed to stay with me at the hotel. I further liked most that there was an area to walk and relieve my pet dog. That area was nice too, very spacious.

They should have a parking space near the entrance for parking while checking in. Just convert one of excess handicap spaces! It is VERY inconvenient not to have a place to park while unloading at the front entrance. Be aware that there is a $300 damage deposit required. This seems unusual for a "brand name" hotel, but since I have a high credit limit on my card, I didn't mind.

We booked a non-smoking room but when we got in the room from the whole day tour our room smells of smoke of cigarettes.

The room is fine for couple, the staff are very helpful and amazingly nice.

A little worn. Fridge looked like it had been battered around and light fixture in bathroom was heavily rusted.

Business center is a monitor, keyboard & printer vertically stacked on a roller cart where you check-in. The keys wouldn’t work every other day & the ‘accessories pantry’ was 100% incomplete & unusable.

Just 1 chair. An extra chair would be appreciated. I could not use the treadmills in the gym. All settings are in Spanish and I could not change/bypass.

Hotel room coffee makers are usually not good, this one was no exception. And I think the main problem was the coffee itself.

One night stay, I can see that it would be a nice place for an extended stay with the modest in-room kitchen facilities. Quiet (except for the trains going by), clean, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff. Requested an early check-in and got in room even earlier than I had originally asked for.

The kitchenette could use updating. It was functional but very old dishwasher and cabinets. No sponge, dish soap was provided (1 dishwasher soap pod provided).

Didn't like dealing with ants. Especially for higher prices for weekend stay expected rooms to be as they usually are comfortable and relaxing. Front desk staff, even though may deal with many unwanted situations, can have better attitude with room occupants.

After finding several ants in our room, the maintenance/facilities guy was so great and helpful with the entire situation. Very knowledgeable and put us at ease after dealing with a not so ideal situation. Was able to rooms close by too.

I had to fix the coffee machine. It spewed hot water at me because of a tube disconnected in the reservoir. After that the coffee supplied was mediocre at best.

Overall a good value for the money. I would stay there again.

The hotel is comfortable and well managed, but there is not a lobby or hangout space and the gym is a little cramped

The kitchen a big plus. Free laundry another plus. Great reliable service.
