The couch in our suite was very dirty and stained. We went to Target and bought a bedcover to cover couch while we were there. There was a moderate stain on living room carpet, which should have been cleaned before we came. The microwave door outer stripping was broken, but the microwave did work.

Location was excellent, accommodations were very good. We really enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The pool area was quiet and very relaxing Our suite was very nice and accommodating and in very nice condition overall. The staff and place was very nice.

The hide-a-bed was not comfortable for an adult. The refrigerator was making a lot of noise, but the helpful people at the front desk got us a different room for the remainder of our stay.

The tub in my room did not seal properly so I had to use a wash cloth to plug it. Told the gentleman at the desk and he said he could send someone up to fix it but I explained that it was fine.

I didn't like that they charged for parking. Not a resort. Not much for ammenities, lotion would be nice. Also, seemed like a truck stop and I was nervous in the elevator and hallway on 2nd floor. If I stay there again, I would feel safer on the first floor. The remote to my room was missing and the replacement didn't work but got it replaced a 2nd time for the 2nd day.

The place was clean and comfortable. I could come down to the lobby and get coffee.

The location is the only thing that I have to complain about. Obviously there is no fault on the hotel for this. It's just quite the pain to be on a frontage road and have to drive in loops to get to all the very close restaurants and shops.

Second time visiting this location. Kevin, working nights, is always the best. Funny, courteous, and efficient. Clean rooms always.

We weren't able to get any ice as the icemaker wasn't working in the fridge, and they didn't have any other way to get ice.They had to wait to get a part for it. We also had to have the TV remote exchanged.

The room was good-sized. The bars in the bathroom were a big help for the handicapped person we were visiting. We wanted a first-floor room and was able to get one. The staff was nice and helpful when we ran into things that didn't work as they should.

I enjoyed our room. It was reasonably priced and had was the perfect size for my family of 4. The workout room was clean and had a variety of exercise equipment for me to workout with.

The new owners are letting the place run down somewhat. Especially the chair in my room which was clearly in need of repair. Also it would have been nice to have some information in the room either about the hotel or where to eat etc.

I have stayed at this hotel several times when it was Candlewood Suites. I like the fact that each room has a functioning kitchen. The bed was very comfortable.
