We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The friendliness of desk clerk. I was tired, she got me into my room with no problem. She told me if I needed anything just to ring her at the front desk. She should be commended, this makes a world of difference. Yes, I would stay at this location again. I will definitely tell family and friends about Southern Inn.

United States of AmericaIt was a little noisy with freeway traffic and some guests were a little loud coming and going. If the room hed been little more sound proof it could have been a happier stay. We had a non-smoking room but there was a cigarette burn in one of the sheets. The sink didn't drain well.
Location was convenient to the freeway. It was clean with expected amenities. Coffee maker, microwave, television and refrigerator were in good condition and functioned well. Staff were very helpful.
