The indoor sitting area could be a little more inviting.

It’s a charming place in the middle of nature that is for people that want to socialize and appreciate basics like bird watching

Bed in the room we were in was up against wall which made it hard to get out in the middle of the night. Also so many collectible items everywhere, which were very interesting and each had a story, but made it feel cluttered.

Beautiful setting!! A very unique place. The hosts were very welcoming and hospitable. Lots of birds and a million stars at night!

Beautiful, secluded location, friendly owners; but the small room where we stayed needs some work.

The location and grounds were beautiful but our room was small and crowded with little room to store belongings, although its antique furniture was special. Our door opened directly into the dining room and would not close. The owner said he would fix that.

Remarkable gourmet breakfast with good conversation with other guests.

Spirit Tree B & B is an outstanding and memorable lodging located in Patagonia, AZ, with easy access to the Nature Conservancy’s Patagonia-Sonoita Creek Preserve, Lake Patagonia, Karschner Caverns, the Santa Rita Mountains, Tubac, and local wineries. There are 4 rooms in the main lodge, but I stayed in a 1930-era adobe homestead that was private and quiet. The breakfasts are healthy and delicious. Mary Jane and Tom are excellent hosts. I met folks from Canada and Wales, so word is getting out about this gem.Do

Room was a bit small considering the large size of the bed ! No choice at breakfast - the chef chose the dish of the day which was normally wonderful, but some people might be more fussy than we were.

Breakfast unique - cooked by trained chef using local ingredients. Flexible breakfast times. Location wonderful - our of town in quiet countryside. Lovely patio with bird feeders. Very friendly and knowledgeable hosts. 100-year-old homestead. Use of kitchen. Supply of cold drinking water. Complimentary snacks available.

The woodwork could be cleaner. Opening curtains in the living and dining area to let in more light would have been good.

Good for bird watching and the history of the century-old house. Owners were engaging, warm, and a joy to talk with as they shared their knowledge of the area and state

The sink in the bathroom did drip a bit and surfaces had some dust.

Mary Jane and Tom were very nice and happy to show us around their property. They are very proud of their homestead. The bird viewing and nature are just wonderful. It was so peaceful to be outside of town yet an easy drive in. The Inn is also on the gravel bike riding routes.

We have stayed here before and love it. However, keep in mind that it is having a 100 year old building anniversary and could use some updating and a deep cleaning.

The hosts are delightful and serve an exceptional breakfast. Wildlife and quiet after a busy day hiling.

I was here during monsoon season, and somehow some bugs got into the room one night. I don’t know how they got in but I imagine that’s not a common issue for them.

Beautiful property with a lovely inn; the building was old (built in the 20’s!) but it’s very clearly kept in great condition; amenities were very nice, plenty of space to park (I had a boat/trailer with me), overall a wonderful experience.

Bedroom too small due to oversized bed. Window not usable. Inadequate ventilation. Not enough body wash/soap. Outside gate didn't close. Water feature in courtyard under construction. No hummingbirds. Main house: very dark and lots of antique stuff in living room that couldn't be seen very well.

Great location in the country. Beautiful setting. Creative breakfast. Good birdwatching. Extensive property. Interesting hosts.
