Noisy AC. Breakfast was horrible. Eggs were processed and flavorless looked terrible. The dining room was chaotic. No sausages were in the sausage pan. Worst hotel breakfast experience in 10 years. Room seemed smaller than expected though it was very clean.

Very clean. Spacious room disabled accessible that met my needs . Close to Carrier park as I was going to watch softball tournament. Less than 3 minute drive to get there. Great friendly staff!

Mattresses too soft - hotel beds should be half way between firm & soft, but we felt like 'drowning' in theses ones. No make-up/magnifying mirror.

Convenient location. Easy parking. Modern and bright lobby & breakfast area. Very spacious and well furnished guestroom. Spacious bathrooms. Good breakfast.

The beds are a little firm, and that's absolutely a personal preference.

Great staff. The pool area is very well kept. The rooms are clean and spacious. I have a family of 5, and we were all comfortable.

Small room (double studio with 2 double beds) The swimming pool is smaaalllll. 3ft deep. The gym is a couple of treadmills in a tiny room. The breakfast is minimal.

The staff was superb. Kudos. The rooms were pretty clean.

Hotel going through renovations. Location

As of 7/1/2023, this hotel is undergoing renovations. Although clean, carpets and tile flooring were torn up in many places. The stairwell trim is a mess from new carpet being installed. Glad to see Marriott is updating many of their hotels. Wasn't fond of the location. Highlights: Your typical Marriott hotel. Comfortable bed, suite is separate, clean surroundings in room, updated baths, typical breakfast. We love Marriott and seek them out as we're members, though I did see a sign where it says this hotel isn't owned by Marriott. Obviously though, Marriott is doing the renos. Not sure how that works.

The door had the thumb-turn knob but no actual deadbolt to securely lock the door. Later in the night the front main entrance is the only way you can get back into the building. The view from my window was of the back parking lot so that’s where I parked my car. It was cold and im a smoker so if I wanted to sit in my car I’d have to walk all the way around to the front to get back in. I was on the top floor and there was enough noise coming from above, sounding very close, to make me feel a little uncomfortable but not enough to bring it to the front desks attention.

I was on the top (4th) floor with a clear view of the parking lot. I was able to play music from my phone loud enough to enjoy lateninto the night without complaints from neighboring rooms. I liked the floor plan and how it separated the different areas of the room making it feel larger in my opinion.

Overflowing garbage containers as soon as you got off elevator. Wasn’t cleared for quite a while. Room layout bad. Bathroom at foot of bed inconvenient if someone using while someone still sleeping.

The foyer wasn't inviting at all. I was very disappointed in seeing that they only used disposable plates, cups & cutlery, it would be so much nicer & environmently friendly if they used proper delph & cutlery.
