Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It's beside the airport and plane make it so noisy but bright side after 2200 it was quiet becthere no more flight

Dated rooms and not so clean rooms. Asked for room to be cleaned and nobody came.
it’s not what I expected for the price I paid for the room. Could have gotten a better hotel for the price. It’s underwhelming!

Would have preferred to be near more stores/shops within walking distance. We had to drive everywhere.

Room was very humid. Was quoted a certain price per night, only to find out from my bill that the nightly price fluctuates greatly. I ended up spending a lot more money than I budgeted for because of this. Not happy with that at all. When people are quoted a certain nightly cost, they depend on this for budgeting their trip expenses.
Breakfast, staff was friendly and helpful.

Andrea. When we initially walked thru the doors, we were never greeted. Not a HELLO, welcome or anything. I spoke first. She didn't inform us of our total, just asked that we swipe our card for payment. I had to ask what the total was. Andrea definitely needs more training.
Breakfast was great! & the staff working the kitchen were on top of everything and also super friendly. Thank you. The complimentary razor and toothbrush was a nice surprise. I forgot mine. the shampoo, conditioner and body was in the shower was nice.

Was a bit run down, but still nice. Lamp next to bed didn't work and couldn't use outlet next to bed to charge my phone. No restaurants in walking distance.
Staff was very friendly and responsive. Location was perfect to get to meetings. Rooms are large with a desk area to set up my computer.

They have a real true full breakfast!!! Omg so many great choices and you can go back for more they don't mind. All the staff and managers were very friendly and helpful. This facility is very clean and so I hope that the patrons respect the facitliy and keep it this way! CA needs more clean hotels like this one. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay or two. But again, Patrons please keep this hotel clean, be mindful of others with respect and pick-up after yourselves. We must respect the business and keep it nice so that management can do their jobs in facilitating patrons needs. The staff works so hard to keep it clean, in order and do it with great customer service. Not to mention the great breakfast. I also liked the fact that it is in a safe community. The Irvine Police Department does an excellent job in making sure it's safe through their daily patrolling of the area.

Wonderful location! Close to airport! shuttle service is great! we arrived after 10pm and the hotel called us a Uber cuz the shuttle was off work. Room is nice and clean. The toilet and shower are in separate rooms.

The staff ar front desk was very hostile, i booked 2 rooms and my wife got in there first they refuse to give her the room so she had to pay again for the room even with the reservation where she was already included, i tried to contact you but there is no phone number available to make chances or talk about concerns.
