We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesWe didn't get to use the pool because there were a lot of rowdy older boys in there the whole time, which my smaller kids were upset about.
Sunny at the front desk was super friendly and helpful! We had a sink that was broken and maintenance was up there within 20 minutes to look at it. Breakfast was great as well with a lot of options for picky eaters and diets.

United StatesI felt like they’re needed to to be more signage distinguishing between the two hotels that apparently are in relatively the same building. It was very confusing. You have to figure that if you are traveling chances are you’ve never been there before and you’re following maps, as soon as you turn into the parking lot, you would assume that you’re at the hotel however it was marked for a different hotel so it caused some confusion once inside we were directed to a different check-in desk. It all worked out, but we weren’t the only people who were confused.
The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. Everything seemed to be clean. This hotel was in close proximity to the baseball stadium so that was a bonus.

United States(Continue re: the bathrooms)I'm in a wheelchair and this room was "accessible" so, the bad is the toilet room was extremely difficult for me to use, there is no fan, and the doors for both the shower and toilet are sliding barn doors that do not close in any manner that you have privacy. and need a bench or chair to use the shower with a modicum of safety. I don't travel with one for the same reason an able-bodied person wouldn't bring hangers and a foldable suitcase stand. A hotel that boasts being handicapped accessible should have those on hand. At check-in, they said there were no shower chairs down there, but she'd check with facilities. I said I'd use a pool chair if they couldn't find a true shower chair/bench. We checked in at 11 p.m., so i was fine with that. The next morning, i went to the front desk, and they had not located a chair. I said the same thing about the pool chair. She said she'd check if that was possible. I went to the pool, there were chairs and even a shower by the pool... no, i didn't use that shower. The soap would have caused someone to slip on the pool deck... about an hour later, she located a shower chair and got it to the room. The fire alarm went off. Luckily, it was a false alarm, but my wife almost had a heart attack trying to find a place and way for me to evacuate. The overhead instructions didn't correspond with the instructions on the room or stairway doors, add in the stress and i was worried about her not getting out. But aside from the sirens going off inside the hotel, it seemed normal because the hotel is across the street from the siren repair shop that is open 24/7. It's actually a police substation. A lot of this has to do with my being in a wheelchair. Two years ago, the review would have been different. I see things now from a different perspective.
The room was nice. There was a seating area and desk between the entry and the beds area. The bathroom was divided into one room with full sink and large shower, the other had the toilet and a small sink(think of a train car bathroom, or about 5x the size of a airplane bathroom with the same sink). The good is that there are separate rooms for convenience(cont "the bathrooms" below). There is a fridge, a desk with retractable windows into the bed area, a modest closet, and impressive climate control. Breakfast is very good. Aside from being able to make a favorite of mine, the waffle, there was a great selection. Everything was fresh and the appropriate temperature. The coffee was great, in the room and at breakfast. And, the location was good for our travel needs. We needed the convention center, and it's only a couple blocks away. *please note, just because the next section is longer, i leave out positives, which i expect from any hotel at this price range in this market.

United StatesNo complaints. It’s a little confusing because it’s in the same building as another version of a Marriott hotel so it’s easy to go to the wrong check in desk.

United StatesGot down to breakfast at 9:40. They had everything cleaned up already. Front desk at check in said breakfast was til 10. Guy cleaning said it was done at 9:30 on Fridays, but not the other day of the week, just Fridays, a little weird... There are a bit of homeless people in the area. Was not an issue on the property, but walking at night can be a little sketchy.
Nice over night stay walkable to bourbon row and easy access to interstate. Has a pull out couch, nice for third guest. Bathroom was a weird set up, in two rooms, but had two sinks so that was nice for our little 3 person group.
