I read in the reviews that you could hear people in the adjacent rooms but thought I would chance that I stayed next to someone quiet or no one at all. No luck. I heard the family next door yelling at their kids and swearing. If they could improve the soundproofing, this place would be phenomenal! Also, the hot tub was also broken. 😔

Great location, quiet area and great hikes right next to the property.

The property seemed a little outdated, there was a musty smell when we arrived. Not sure how well the pool was taken care of - lots of bugs floating on the surface.

Spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchen, good location, great views.

I wish they turned the pool area lights off at night for the sake of dark skies. Restaurant was closed. Door between 2 suites is not sound prove - you can hear everything from adjacent room.

Great location if you look for remote place to stay; about 20 minutes to the city by car. Beautiful views of the mountains and the valley with Tucson lights in the distance. Room had a small fridge, microwave, toaster, all utensils/dishes. Not perfect but we enjoyed our stay. Big pool. Golf course. Tennis court. Very few people using any amenities.

I was expecting a view, but the shrubs around the patio were so overgrown we couldn’t see anything past them. The A/C kept the room cool but it was very loud when running. The living room furniture was not very comfortable.

The location is great. The room suite was huge with a fully equipped kitchen. The bed was comfortable. Loved having a washer & dryer in the suite and soap was provided.

I didn’t like that the cost of my room increased $40 from my 1st night to my 4th night, Mon.-Thurs, especially since there was no event evident. You also have to eat elsewhere because the only on site dining is the golf course restaurant & its hours are limited. There is a JW Marriott just a shuttle ride away from the golf pro shop. I was told that it was my fault for not carefully reviewing the reservation when I made the booking. Sounded like a standard reason but be prepared.

The two room suite was very nice. The studio room was stuffy and smelled of mold. There was black mold in the sealed off window in the bathroom. Ventilation was very poor.

The location is world-class and beyond beautiful. The Sonoran desert with the spectacular saguaro studded hills are unparalleled.

The only concern would be that the suite I was initially given had a connecting door to the adjacent lodgings. Great if you are a family sharing across both, but you can hear almost every word the other people are saying, and the TV or other media come straight rhrough. It seems very odd that they are not better sound proofed doors, but the hotel accomodated a move which sorted the issue.

I stayed in the golf suites. They were fine. Clean, spacious and well equipped indeed. Made self catering very easy. The surroundings are fabulous with good views, plenty of space to walk and very well maintained. If you are a golfer it is superb. And the front desk staff, especially Juliana (who went out of her way to help in every regard), are par excellence.
