Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The apartment style is extremely convenient. It has all the amenities we needed and space with allowed for us to spread out and be comfortable.

As I travel with kids, having a small kitchen area is very useful for preparing food. The best thing is they had all the basic utensils and only needed to buy groceries. Have a dishwasher as well. The beds are very comfortable as well.

The bed was a bit too soft, had some trouble sleeping.
My wife and I like this room format when we travel on vacation. I’m alone on business and just wasn’t on the road long enough to enjoy what the room had to offer.

Sofa bed was ridiculously uncomfortable and the shades in the sofa room do not block the light from the courtyard.
Many Likes: new property, super clean, nice cold AC, comfy beds and pillows, kitchen, quiet rooms. Courtyard is adorable.

I didn't realize I was allowed to touch the breaker in our room when the stove wouldn't cut on. They were really nice about it and showed me which one it was. There was no extra sheets for sofa sleeper and under couch and sofa mattress it was dirty. Besides that I still would recommend because of staff, location and price!
The staff was nice and assisted me and my family with our needs and questions. I loved how it was a full kitchen for our week stay and it had all the kitchen tools needed. The location is perfect surrounded by other hotels and TXB gas station with all your needs or food that you may have forgotten. Also, I was accidentally locked out and hoped someone was on site to help and hey were. Dialed the emergency site number and they came to let me back in!

The spider webs in corners and above doors outside at entrance. And dead bugs and debris in stairwells was not cleaned up in the 6 day stay.

The staff didn't ask me if to use your card on file? This cause financial hardship for the duration of my trip because i already had everything set up with my budget. We traveled from South Carolina, and i was extremely inconveniecend by this. Here, we are 4 days later, and the funds have not been added back to my account. I find this odd because they took my funds right away, but i have to wait to recoup them. The manager on duty was not attentive to what i needed to be done. Other than THIS. The stay was AMAZING. my situation could have been a one-off, but overall, the place was immaculate, and the courtyard was so peaceful and beautiful.
The place had a great location.

I missed there not being a pool.
The manager was super friendly and accommodating of our needs after being displaced from our home with no power due to Hurricane Beryl.

The level of humidity in the room is pretty bad. My clothes always felt damp as were my shoes that had been left in the room during the day. Bedding felt clammy as well. Wifi reception was spotty. I was not prepared for the front desk to close down so early in the evening - not that I had an emergency but it felt odd that when i returned from dinner, it was dark and nobody there. Not sure if this is always the case.
The College Station location was either new or freshly refurbished so all the furnishings were new and in excellent condition. Very roomy - beds very comfortable. Quiet. The location is great - you are far enough from the University area yet it's very easy and fast to get there. I requested a first floor and they gave it to me. Fully equipped kitchen was very nice. Front desk hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Not enough toilet paper, coffee, or dishwasher detergent in the room.
The apartment style rooms with full size appliances in the kitchen. Extremely helpful for my family to be able to continue preparing meals with some semblance of normalcy in the wake of hurricane beryl after having to leave our home.
