The security lock on the door had the screws striped in the door. It allowed the door to open enough to put my hand through the door to my forearm. It took nearly my whole shower for the hot water to come on in the shower. The water wasn't even luke warm for half my shower with the know turned all the way to hot.

Very comfortable bed. Very clean. Quiet. Good breakfast, wide variety. Had shampoo, conditioner, and body soap available, so I didn't have to use my own.

The bed seemed to get hard during the night and the air vent blew directly in my husband's face all night. He had to pull out his sinus medication the next morning.The bathroom sink was clogged and we had to change plans until the guy came up to fix it.

The young black girl at the front desk was welcoming and knowledgeable. The rooms were clean and had everything you needed. Always good to a full size fridge. Breakfast was good and I've got to shout out Ms Brenda for working so hard to make sure all was great!

a couple of places in our room needed paint scraped and re-painted, smelled of weed in hallways and elevator, had to go to desk for toilet paper for a two-day stay.

Excellent location, fair price, hallways cooled, room space great. Breakfast very nice variety. Desk staff friendly and efficient.

We have a wheelchair user in our group. There was only ONE roll-in shower option on the entire property and another guest had booked it long-term. We had difficulty showering the wheelchair user on a shower bench that fit sideways in the tub. Thankfully, there was a removable showerhead, but it was challenging nonetheless. There should be more than 1 roll-in shower option for disabled guests. Otherwise, our ADA room was spacious enough for our wheelchair user to navigate comfortably around and not get stuck in areas.

Excellent breakfast options. The MTW social hour food was wonderful as well. Front desk clerks Amanda & Tavika were professional, friendly, and thorough in their communication and explanations regarding the availability (or non-availability, in our case) ADA rooms.

Breakfast needs a little work but it was ok.

Clean and Well kept up kitchen / room. Friendly and helpful staff. Maintain pool daily it was very clean just like the gym room. Very cozy stay and quiet. I will use and recommend them again very satisfied.

Breakfast was mediocre, but really can't complain, as it is included. Water pressure was lacking, and water pooled in the shower.

The air vent in the bathroom was not functional.

I like that we have all the necessities available such as paper towels, utensils for cooking, dove soap and conditioner for shower. Also, there is a laundry basket available in the room, and we get free laundry services, which is very convenient. The staff were nice, breakfast is decent.

Needed earlier start time for breakfast on Saturday. Some people do get up and travel early on the weekend like us-So, we weren't able to eat :(

AC was stuck at about 77 degrees and Memphis literally hit record highs each day I was there.

No coffee in the morning available downstairs. The sofa was gross! Our room was freezing, couldn't turn thermostat up, so didn't sleep well.

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. Outdoor pool was clean and enjoyable. Staying in a suite worked great for our family with young kids.We'll be back!

They only do housekeeping once a week and as you have a kitchen for making food, I think the bins should at least be emptied and replaced. You can ask for replacement towels at reception.

The breakfast waffle machine was so good, could do with a few more topping options though! Pool area was tidy and quiet Shampoo, Conditioner and Shower Gel provided aswell as towels both in the room and by the pool Free use of laundry facilities

The halls, elevator, pool and areas of the room were dirty. Stains on the furniture as well as the bed skirt. Unfriendly staff upon check in
