The only issue I had was that there was only one washer working. Also the maintenance man just walked into my room without knocking, which made me a little uneasy.

The room was absolutely perfect! Free guest laundry facilities and daily breakfast was the cherry on top.

The soap/shampoo only on the wall in the shower as I wanted to take a bath and had to get up and down to get soap. Plus, it was too high for my 6 year old at the sink or shower. I would have liked the sofa beds already made with the sheets or all at least in the room as I was tired and had to hunt down. We had 2 studios as suites weren’t available.

The bfst buffet was varied and well stocked. It included a waffle maker, scrambled as well as hard boiled eggs, bacon and sausage. Oatmeal and yogurt with a topping bar. I had called earlier in the week to try to get rooms adjacent or at least close and the front desk person was very helpful as was another lady on the day of arrival.

During my stay the elevator was not operational for half the time and I was on the 3rd floor. I also did not appreciate the barking dogs in the hallway in the early morning. There was no place to put luggage except on the floor.

The location was convenient for accessing Chapel Hill and Durham. Easy access to the expressway. The breakfast was good with having options for yogurt bar, fruit, waffles, cereal plus hot food such as eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon and more. Monday through Wednesday there was social hour with food available.

We requested a room in a quiet spot and were placed overlooking the pool/gazebo area. Unfortunately, this spot became a hang out for groups each night until well after midnight, one night until 3 a.m. Also, the smoking in that area permeated our room. A suggestion might be to have quiet hours by the pool each night after a certain time. Overall, our suite and the staff were really good.

Bathroom was huge, apparently designed for people with low mobility which is totally fine but why does it have a small sink with absolutely no surface to put anything there? The room was bare - no shelves, no counters, nothing... Floor, bathtub and sink - all options to put your toiletries. I had to put my toothbrush to my pocket and my razor to the bathtub.

Breakfast was awesome! It is far above 3* hotel. Overall room was cozy, quiet and very clean. I really enjoyed the stay.

Some of the arm chairs in our room were very grubby, although the room was extremely clean. When we arrived there was no bedding/pillows for the sofabed or towels for the third person. The blanket we were given was too thin and had holes in. Only one of the elevators was working so we always seemed to be waiting for it!

We had a one bedroom suite which had lots of room. There was a hob, large microwave, coffee maker with coffee and a full sized fridge, as well as a table and four chairs. The pull out sofa bed was comfy as a bed or a sofa. Breakfast was decent with hot and cold choices including yoghurt, fruit, hard boiled eggs, meat, cheese and salsa. There is a decent gym, laundry room with four free washers and four free dryers ( you only pay for detergent) and an outside pool with a bbq area.
